Prologue; The Package
[May 5th, Crystal Caves, Canterlot...]
Spike and Cobalt were racing their custom, homemade, vehicle in the Crystal Caves under the capital of Equestria; Canterlot.
Spike is a purple and green dragon with green eyes who is wearing a black t shirt with a red dragon symbol on the front and two holes in the back for his purple and green wings. Spike also has on a pair of black jeans with a hole for his purple and green tail, and a pair of red sneakers.
Cobalt is a antro unicorn with dark gray skin and a dark gray horn in between his silver hair and light blue eyes. Cobalt's attire consisted of a light gray t shirt with a red star in the front, light blue jeans with a hole for his silver tail, and a pair of black boots. Cobalt is also wearing a pair of red gloves.
"Hey, Spike, prepare to eat my crystallized dust!" Cobalt exclaimed as he flipped a switch on the handlebars of his silver motorcycle with red details while leaning forwards.
Cobalt did a wheelie followed by a small hop, his custom made motorcycle wheel treads produced small points as he drove up the crystal walls leaving behind a silver trail and tiny pieces of crystals.
"Not if I have anything to say about it!" Spike yelled as he pressed a button on the dashboard of his dark purple car with black details.
(Vehicles look something like these ones)
Spike's car quickly sped up and pass Cobalt while scaling the wall as well.
"You're not gonna win this race," Cobalt said as he pulled off a wheelie and used the full power of his motorcycle.
Cobalt zoomed up to Spike and drove right past him and towards the finish line, where he skidded to a stop in a simi-circle style.
"Good race, Spike," Cobalt said as Spike came to a stop beside him.
"Thanks," Spike responded.
[Later...]
Spike and Cobalt were hanging out with Twilight Sparkle, and Shining Armor, Spike's older sister and brother (through adoption). They were playing Call Of Cutie; Ghost on Spike's Cloudstation Four. Cobalt and Spike was in the lead with 10 kills total, with Twilight and Shining lacking behind with 6 kills with 30 seconds left.
"Good game guys," Spike said as the round timer hit zero.
"I really need to practice this game," Twilight said.
Twilight is a unicorn with lavender skin and horn poking through her dark blue and purple and rose hair and purple eyes, she has a bright purple shirt with a large pink star surrounded by five smaller white stars in the middle, she has a pair of black jeans with a space for her tail and a pair of pink house slippers.
"You two are to good at this," Shining Armor said.
Shining Armor is also a unicorn with light gray skin and horn poking out from in between his moderate blue hair and has light blue eyes, the shirt he has on is black with a single pink star inside of a dark blue shield with three light blue stars above it. He is wearing a pair of light blue jeans with a tail space and black house slippers.
"Well we have been playing ever since awe got it," Cobalt responded.
"Well its 12:00, the mail should be here," Spike said.
"Its noon?!" Shining exclaimed rushing up the stairs, "I only have 3 minutes to get ready!"
"We're off sis," Spike said as he opened the door, "Cobalt come on."
"Go on without me, I'm going to the bathroom," Cobalt responded.
"Ok," Spike said as he took flight.
"Hey, Cobalt can you hand me that book that's in there?" Twilight asked.
"Ok," Cobalt said as he turned off the water while reading the cover of the book.

"Sounds like a good book, Twi," Cobalt said handing Twilight her book.
"Thanks, maybe I'll lend it to you when I'm done," Twilight said.
"See you later," Cobalt said as he summoned his motorcycle.
[Cobalt's House...]
When Cobalt drove up to his house, Spike was flying back from somewhere with a box. So Cobalt returned his cycle back to where he summoned it from and opened his mailbox.
"Hey, Co, I brought us some things from our old club house," Spike said as he landed.
Cobalt just stood there looking at a letter and two passes in his ha, this peaked Spike's curiosity and as soon as he was the royal moon seal he froze.
"Its a letter from Princess Luna," Cobalt said.
Taking Spike's science as a sign to read it, Cobalt decided to open it up and read it.
Dear Cobalt Star and Spike Sparkle,
I, Princess Luna sent you this letter of recommendation for a top secret organization that prevents and protects Equestria from monsters naturally evil and cure the peaceful creatures that were infected by chaos and dark magic. Said organization has asked me to look over several files of their recommendations for new members, when I didn't see the two of you in the files, I asked if I could make a recommendation, and well we know who I choose. So come to the meeting room in 6 hours.
Princess Luna,
"A top secret organization?" Cobalt whispered.
"I can't wait," Spike whispered back.
Spike and Cobalt spent the next five hours and 50 minutes training, preparing, and upgrading their vehicles in preparation for the meeting.
[Canterlot Castle, Meeting Room...]
As Spike and Cobalt walked towards the castle they showed the royal guards their passes and were allowed inside. From there a member of the castle staff led them to the meeting room. Upon entering the duo saw Princess Luna, and someone who they assumed were a representative of the organization.
"Great, the both of you are early," Princess Luna said.
Princess Luna is a alicorn with dark blue skin, wings and a horn and light blue eyes. She has flowing hair the color of a clear, star filled night sky, she has on a night sky royal dress with a white crescent moon on the front and a dark blue golden shoes.
"As the representative of the Equestrian Monster Control or EMC, I say the boss would love to have two bright, young agents," Said the EMC representative.
"Oh excuse me, I forgot to introduce myself, I am Private Richard, but you can call me PR, Private, or Richard," Richard said.
Richard is a earth bound with light brown skin, orange eyes and hair. He has on a black suit with a red tie, black dress pants with a space for his orange tail, and a pair of custom made dress shoes.
"Well let's get started," Princess Luna said cheerfully.
