Starlight Glimmer refuses to befriend Big Mac for being uncommunicative, so she changes the fundamental behavior of who he is. With the stallion unable to control his loquacity, he is forced to express himself using linguistic techniques that were best left hidden.

Rainbow had never given much thought to finding romance, or even going on a date with a pony. After a chance meeting in town she finds herself thinking of a life with a simple farm Stallion; One Big Macintosh. At the same time, Mac finds himself thinking of the rainbow maned mare.

It's April Foal's Day and Applejack is, as usual, the recipient of many pranks, much to the amusement of her brother. When she enlists Twilight Sparkle to help with her revenge things get a little out of hoof.

Big Mac is usually quiet, reserved, and thoughtful. But he has had it and he's about to let his family know what he really thinks. Will his views end up getting him kicked out of the family?

Applebloom has always remembered her family just as it is, her two siblings and her grandmother. She never got to meet her parents, but feels resentful that Applejack bosses her around like she was her mother. She runs off and finds a peice of Applejack's past, and is confronted with the disturbing similarities and problems she shares with her sister.

"Weirder things have happened." Not an unfamiliar phrase to hear spoken by the residents of Ponyville, the unofficial strangeness capital of Equestria. If something outlandish, peculiar, or just plain odd is going to go down, that quaint little village is a pretty safe bet as to where. The fact that it's also where the bearers of the Elements of Harmony call home means they're usually involved in one way or another.

When Pinkie finds an atypical coin in her path one morning, it sets off a chain of events that's, well, rather par for the course when you consider where we're talking about. In any case, what happens when the currency in question exchanges minds when changing hooves?

After spending Hearth's Warming Eve with the Apples, something has changed in Marble Pie's world: up until then, she had only known the familiar ground of the rock farms community, which was so much different from the world the Apples must have come from. Something in her just screams to go and see this world (and, maybe, just maybe, also meet again a certain red stallion...), even if the rest of the community might disapprove. A story about romance, growth and overcoming anxieties.

Applejack, concerned about her brother's relationship with Fluttershy, confronts the shy pegasus about some of the, ahem, 'activities' the pair get up to. It becomes a conversation that Applejack will regret for the rest of her life.

When Big Macintosh finds an injured pegasus mare in the Apple family's new barn, he and the rest of his family take it upon themselves to see her back to full health. Soon, they see that the mare carries with her an aura of mystery thicker than anypony could ever imagine, bringing with it both new adventure and enlightening experiences.
