Cadence and Shining Armor invite the mane six, Starlight, and the two princesses to a picnic while they're in The Crystal Empire. They all accept, and get ready to set out. Until, someone from a secret past hidden away for years from every pony shows up. Someone who hates Cadence to the moon and back. Someone with a plot for revenge. Someone who will stop at nothing to get what she wants.

Celestia finds herself in a strange land, covering in a sheen of shimmering white. She has no idea the adventure she's about to experience.

In a world ravaged by chaos and the like, ponies follow what is known as "The Order of Discord". In an alternative timeline somewhat tied to the canon universe, ponies follow the teachings of Discord and Empress Fluttershy, now in control of Equestria. One stallion, Nightfall, finds himself in the middle of a war both physically and mentally. He hates the world around him, but couldn't be bothered to change it. But things are about to change for Nightfall, and he'll have to choose whether or not jump down the rabbit hole to see a better tomorrow, or stay put and let chaos roam freely.

This story contains canon and non-canon elements, where canon characters and OC's both play a role important to the story. This story takes place post season 6 premiere, so everything up to that point can be considered canon to this universe.

Rough Private, oldest kid of Flash Sentry and Sunset Shimmer is 16. He's a teenager in love and not really sure how to deal with it. And so he asks his dad. And the answer he gets is an insight in his father's teenage years, and a lesson to take to heart.

R is caught in a storm and takes shelter as it is getting a bit dangerous. Finding that the local animal shelter is still open he goes inside.

Inside are the animal residence and a familiar timid pink haired girl. R takes this chance to pass the time by interacting with the animals and to have a conversation with the girl. By the end he finds some troubling news about the shelter and decides to help in the only way he knows.

The mlp cast members meet with their agent to discuss the future of their characters.

100 years after the passing of Pinkie, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow, Fluttershy, and more recently Princess Celestia, Twilight Sparkle the Princess of Friendship has all but given up on Friendship, not wanting to feel the pain of losing someone close to her again.
