Okay, so the Thorax fic is up, and finished. Reception has been quiet, but not bad, so I'm fairly happy about it. For someone who tends to stick to pre-Starlight Glimmer stories, it's not the worst.
I only write this cuz I'm tired of repeating the same story over and over, at least I can have it all right here.
I have no plans to give up my writing fics or making vids, (And don't give me the old "Make them for yourself and don't post them") I'm not going to do that either (It doesn't blow off steam, or heal those as hurt as I am if their not posted)
I'm sure a lot of you experienced this problem and I want to share this with you all.
I have posted before about how I have this job that has just been stressing me out almost every single day. I'm sure to a lot of people though, the job itself is not that bad. I'm a part-time supervisor at UPS. My responsibility is to direct my crew as I see fit and do my best to keep the belt running. Also, to insure the safety of my fellow coworkers.

I'm looking to hire someone to create cosplay outfits for events I like to attend; this includes anime and brony related events.
In addition, I am looking for an editor/proofreader to assist me. I love to write for the many readers here on FimFiction. Sadly, I am not the best writer.
Please keep in mind, for the seamstress/tailor position, I ask that you show examples of your work and references would be helpful.
So, I know I said I wanted to post chapter three like five months ago... or was it six. Anyway, I am doing some cleaning I meant to do way back when and I am going to drop three and four together as soon as I finish those.
My job f***** me... They extended my altered schedule, not only that, but my car decided to be stubborn and break its generator, following a lot of other annoying things.
Sigh...
But all in all the chapter is progressing into the final section, but slowly. I'm sorry for the delays guys, but mostly it is out of my hands, and I don't want to write when I am stressed, tired, or in a bad mood.
Thankfully I have three more work days, then some days off.
GUYS! I DID IT! I now have a paying job AND i moved out of my parents house...again...and I have roommates! So life is going alright. Just started a Spinoff story to Discovering Friendship(Non-Canon) which will mostly follow Glimmer Shell

Wow. So this is the most adult episode from MLP. Finding a vocation is a hard thing to do, especially with a crippling fear of failure.
Seeing the dynamic between Fluttershy and Zephyr Breeze was a delight to watch, especially seeing 'Shy so... peeved. Her being stern towards him shows just how much she's grown as a character, and her encouraging of her brother was certainly the highlight of this episode's moral.
I have been writing, I promise! But it has all been in my professional field of history. This last year or so I have written and had published two articles in the local historical society's newsletter, both featuring original research based on their collections.
As the girls of Canterlot High graduate, they're probably all out looking for a job. And you gotta admit that magic powers looks pretty good on your resume, right?

Sunny-bun gets the last laugh, it seems, after being treated like crap in the first two EG movies.
So, I have a job now, and my first shift starts tomorrow. At the Golden Arches/McDonalds literally a hop, skip, and a jump from my sudivision.
Pay's good at 8.25 an hour as I set my shift times instead of open hours, but it's okay. I get paid weekly, too. How that works, for those who are interested, is every week's shifts I work, the tuesday following I get paid for the previous week. So this week I'll be paid next tuesday.
It is possible that by the end of this week I will no longer have a job (or at least have a better idea if I will be keeping it or not). Despite my hard efforts, according to my supervisor I am not meeting the minimum standard quota with my work and that I have this next week to turn it around.
The problem is, that I've actually been doing my best and striving to improve, yet despite that my work hasn't been improving.
Hey everyone, just thought I'd let you all know what's been up with me lately.
So, the company I worked for decided to make some downsizing efforts, which affected an entire branch in my area. This did include me, and I received an email... which made it even worse that I read it on my phone while I was into a video game on my day off. Termination was effective today for all staff. I was emotional, yeah.
But it just so happened to be some lucky timing for me.
