(Takes place prior to the start of "A New Generation".) Alphabittle finds himself having to try to talk sense into Izzy when she wants to leave Bridlewood and make some new friends. But can he persuade her to see things his way?
Izzy takes it upon herself to cheer up Sprout and make him feel welcome and wanted again. Sprout isn't in the mood, still distrustful of pegasi and unicorns. But Izzy isn't the type of pony who takes "No" for an answer.
Izzy Moonbow has always felt alone. Until one day, when she comes across a garden hidden amongst the trees and its caretaker, a strange mare named Luna.
Izzy, Zipp and Pipp learn from Hitch about Sunny's father and what happened to him. They then decide that the only thing do is to visit his grave so they can be there for Sunny.
Sunny is careful to use her new abilities and influence only to help others. But even so, she notices everypony in town is increasingly tense and fearful around her. And then she finds out why...
Just after all the fuss of magic being back is sorted, Sunny returns home to the reminder that she has no home. This is not something her friends will let stand.
The ponies of Maretime Bay don't know the lone Sea Pony who lives near their shoreline. She knows them, though. If only she could find a way up there...
