How blessed are the lives of the dead. They exist solely to present the blissful peace of rest eternal.
Rest is my most prized commodity, now. I suppose that means the dead are rich fools; forsooth, they are rich, for they have great wealths in rest. Yet, they are fools for remaining dead. Perhaps death makes fools of us all.
For, when in Reba, there is no rest.

My name is Princess Luna. I am having trouble adjusting to the new world. Hardly anypony knows me, those that do are afraid of me. I don't blame them. I've done horrible things in my immortal life. But I won't surrender, not to him. I won't surrender to the Runemaster.
How do you know when your thoughts are your own? The mysterious Runemaster, a pony who takes control of the minds of first Applejack then Celestia herself, certainly won't tell you. Luna had better have a plan to deal with the Runemaster, dissidents, and her own dark memories.

This story is a sequel to Before the Dawn
A year has passed since the fall of the Crystal Empire. While Celestia and the rest of the ponies of Equestria appear to have moved on, Princess Luna has not. She spends her evenings banishing nightmares of her subjects, especially those of her sister. In the meantime, she struggles to fight against the Nightmist that has managed to burrow its way deep into her heart. Resentment courses through her veins, and fear of rejection threatens to consume her.
When two strange creatures arrive on Equestria in the forms of Scorpan and Tirek, Luna assumes they mean no harm...at least until ponies begin dying. Surely the Elements of Harmony will be enough to defeat the evil, but Luna begins to wonder if her heart is strong enough to wield the elements any longer.
Equestria stands upon the brink of devastation, and it's up to Celestia and Luna to save the land.
But what happens when the savior turns into an even darker enemy?
Before King Sombra enslaved the ponies of the Crystal Empire; before Nightmare Moon attempted to block out the sun forever; there were only Luna and Sombra. In a time when Equestria’s peace after Discord’s defeat is shaken, and when alicorns once again come under attack, two unlikely ponies come together beneath the pale moonlight. In the darkness their love blossoms, but so does an ethereal evil that bides its time, waiting to strike before the dawn.

The few.
The proud.
The only ones who were available at the time.
When the royal budget is blown, Luna needs to show that the disasters that have so drained Equestria's resources aren't going to continue. Reforming the Lunar Guard on a tight purse means that she doesn't necessarily get the ponies that she would have chosen, but how bad could it possibly be?
They're reckless, dangerous, they weren't even supposed to be here today, and they might well be Equestria's last hope.
(Featured and flattered!)
One tripp of the Cutie Mark Cruzaders will reveal a secret from the Equestria Dark Ages, one secret than involve both Princess and Nightmare Moon affair, and was buried for 1000 years; one powerful army whose wait to be released again. Only Celestia and Luna will awake them and deal with them and the powerful unicorn, Grey Shadow, the Luna´s most loyal general.
This story is a sequel to The return of the Dark Legion
After being awakened from their stony imprisonment, General Grey Shadow and this dreaded Dark Legion find themselves active again… one thousand years after the era that spawned them! Now they must face their most difficult task: to meld into a world only dreamed by them ten centuries back. A hard, demanding task, even for the fiercest fighting corps from Equestria’s turbulent past! A task that will shake General and troops to the core, forcing them to question their most dear beliefs and perception, of what’s good or bad now: the kind of ask that eases with some… harmonizing thought and…elemental help.
A millenium in exile on the Moon took its toll on Princess Luna's memory. When she was restored by the Elements of Harmony, not every single memory was returned perfectly intact to her. A select few - the most guarded - were left where she had placed them centuries ago, locked away deep within the realms of her mind, while others returned in tattered shards, too incomprehensible to understand. On one very specific night, Luna discovers the fragment of a peculiar unicorn horn impaled in the snow. When she makes contact with the faded being residing within, the last remnants of the unicorn known as Sombra, these guarded and errant memories from a thousand and one winters ago suddenly return to her.
Everything becomes clear again. An Empire on the brink of destruction, peril, moments of great joy and sadness, love, betrayal, sinister Nightmare forces, and a would-be king whose fall help set yet another of equal tragedy in motion.
A first person, dual-narrative account of the final weeks leading up to the Crystal Empire's fateful disappearance, the coronation and downfall of Sombra, and the rise of Nightmare Moon.
20 years after the death of their foster mother and 280 years before Nightmare Moon, the two princesses of Equestria will develop something more.
