It's not bad. Personally, I don't like the internal dialogue. Those things are better expressed as narration with a little creativity. My biggest gripe is that you are a little blunt for my tastes. The goal is to attack the issue head on while using words that skirt it. Like painting the negative space to bring out the image in stark detail.
Making them foster sisters also mostly ruins the taboo and therefore the conflict.
But it was heartfelt and a little morose which I enjoy. Good Lunestia stories are hard to find.
