At her coronation after-party, Twilight gets a little freaked out at the prospect of growing into her new life, especially one specific aspect of it. She knows better than anyone that talking her problems over with a friend can help tremendously, but she doesn't have many friends with whom she'd be comfortable talking about this particular problem, let alone ones who would really understand what she's going through.

...unless she broadens her definition of "friend."

Most ponies had timers that wouldn't end for years, some for many decades. But everypony had different numbers.

So why does Rainbow Dash's timer end in three hours?

Rumors of a dark cult on the rise are circulating around Equestria. As Princess, Twilight Sparkle has no choice but to investigate this potentially dangerous development.

When she finds that the cult is worshiping her as a divine figure, things become more uncomfortable.

So Twilight falls back to her safe answer: consulting with Celestia for advice.

Unfortunately, Celestia's answers are not what Twilight expected.

When most of Ponyville falls into a strange trance, Twilight travels to Canterlot to consult Princess Celestia. Soon, she meets a powerful entity who seems to have his own agenda. Twilight is the only one with a chance of stopping him, but how can she win if she can't even trust her own memory? And what exactly is he trying to do?

The Hearth's Warming Party was lovely! It wasn't too crowded, everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves and Pinkie brought her best cupcakes yet. Strangely enough though, Twilight Sparkle has spent the later portion of the party in her bedroom, staring at the generous snowfall outside.

Confused and concerned with the quiet nature of the princess, her five friends enter the room to talk with her.

It's fun to live in a fantasy world. A world where you could never be alone. But living in somepony else's fantasy? A world that already belongs to another? Well...

For Trixie Lulamoon, she can...go over the line sometimes.

A new creature appears in Ponyville, bringing a threat of total destruction with him. Everypony is ready to deal with that new enemy, but Twilight decides to protect it, jeopardizing the future of everypony in all of Equestria, and soon begins to have to face the consequences...

My story didn't begin in Equestria. It began on a place that I like to call Earth. Only I know the pain I went through coming here, and it will likely never leave me. Luckily, I have friends to keep me on my feet. Maybe there's somepony out there who might understand. At least... I hope there is.

The one-shot story is based off the early spoilers for Episode 25 of Season 5, the Cutie Remark, as well as my own little headcanon as to what I think the show will go for. Also Days of Futures Past might have possibly helped inspire it too.

After a devastating battle with Starlight Glimmer ends in the Mane Six's defeat, Twilight gets hurdled back in time by Starlight in an attempt to erase her from history. What happens in the moment that Twilight was sent back to could change the course of Equestria forever.

Tacitus has just moved to Ponyville and is trying to go on with his life. All he wants is to go on without being hurt anymore than he already has. But things change when he meets the residents of Ponyville, who see his sadness and are determined to help him. He doesn't want their help, but they won't give up easily. It's time Tacitus learned what real friendship was.

This is my first story, and it's the first part of a series I'm planning. Any and all suggestions and criticisms are welcome. Also, as a side note, Tacitus's cutie mark is the Eye of Horus, which I call the Eye of Horsus so that it fits in with the pony world. Anyway, I've rambled enough. Enjoy the story!
