GLaDOS is free of Chell, free to continue testing, when she discovers a portal gun Wheatley tried to repair with duct tape. When the portal gun catastrophically fails, the enrichment center, GLaDOS, and Chell are literally dropped in the middle of Equestria. The mute test subject soon finds the world of ponies far more welcoming than the human world. But GLaDOS sees possibilities. Let the testing begin... for science.

The Princess of the Sun wakes up one morning with an earsplitting headache, empty liquor bottles everywhere, and the Grand Galloping Gala in less than 18 hours. Checklist of things to do:

-Are the servants prepared? NO.

-Are the musicians ready? NO.

-Is the sun at least in place? NO.

And who's in her bed? And what happened to those two young colts that were last seen in the sculpture garden? And why are the royal guards not at their posts? And how much does Luna know, anyway?

Twenty Years after Twilight was winged, she is the ruler of her own kingdom, a small island that mysteriously appeared off of Vanhoover named Equus, but something Twilight discovers on the island is more powerful than anything that has ever been recorded in Equestrian History. Celestia requests to Twilight that her and the citizens leave the island immediately. Twilight refuses her teacher's orders and the island mysteriously vanishes.
Five years later, Celestia and the remaning royal family finally find a pin-pointed location of Equus. They send Rainbow Dash, the element of loyalty, into the "invisible island" to try and convince Twilight to come back home.

The Songbird, protector of the lamb of the flying city of Columbia was thought dead. Though as it would soon discover, his charge was not the only being able to open the mysterious tears. In the forest of this new land, he finds peace with the native animals. However, the urge to protect something, anything, would soon drive him to respond to the cheerful whistling of an equine with a penchant for protecting creatures like him, no matter how foreign they appeared.

Contained within are the following characters from Bioshock Infinite: Songbird and the Luteces.

The Alicorn Sisters relationship has become strained. One prefers to rule through sheer strength, the other prefers gentle pushes. Their differences in ruling style have created a split Equestria. The Celestials follow Celestia and use weapons that make ponies into abominations. The peace of Equestria has been shattered.

The Ponyville Free Zone is a neutral zone between the Celestials and the New Lunar Republic. The Cutie Mark Crusaders will have to find their way in a world where their livelihood is marred by war. One day, Scootaloo finds one of the crystals that make ponies into shades of their former selves and through its infection becomes one of those abominations. Now she has to find what her crystal seeks and train to fight for her life. She will meet many friends and enemies and she'll realize that the world she knows is not the kind place she believed it was.

A Xam'd: Lost Memories Crossover. Alternate Season 2.

Dies Irae is a sci-fi adventure crossover which includes elements from the Supreme Commander series. The story takes place in 3846, a few years after the Infinite War and the events of the first Supreme Commander. The Equestrians, living peacefully in their own dimension, have established a prototype space fleet used for research and discovery. However, things go wrong when an anomaly is detected not far from Equestria. It is up to five ponies, the crew of the E.S.S. Discovery, to discover what is occurring in the far reaches of their beloved solar system before it is too late.

Metal Gear has fallen into the hooves of an Equestrian revolutionary, who, with the backing of his human mercenary allies, intends to use it to depose Celestia and crown himself ruler. Having crossed into Equestria in pursuit of this rogue weapon, the legendary Solid Snake must ally with the residents of Ponyville to prevent a nuclear catastrophe.

Once, ponies whisper, the Princess had another student named Twilight Sparkle, but she left Equestria, never to return. The pony who has a perfect life just needs one more thing—to convince Twilight Sparkle to come home so the Princess will smile again. But when Siren arrives in pursuit of Twilight, she soon finds herself trapped in a city of horrors, with only its monstrous denizens for help.
