Anthea is blind. Turquoise Blitz is half-dragon, half-pony. Naturally, the two are drawn to each other, though the fact that their mothers are also best friends may have played a helping hoof as well. With most of their lives spent together, either with the rest of their group of friends or on their own, it makes sense that they would fall in love. With Turquoise's quiet personality and Anthea's unfortunate condition, it makes even more sense that nothing would happen for a long time, despite practically everypony in town believing them to already be a couple.

Then, one long time later, the two decided to stay out late and go stargazing.

Beneath the peaceful face of Equestria, lies a network of intrigue, one that only the most inquiring minds may hope to untangle. Fortunately, behind Ponyville's most trusted mailmare calm front and unfocused eyes lies just such an intellect, and she will stop at nothing until the truth is brought to light.

It seemed like such a noble goal to Twilight: bring herbivores and carnivores together by finally destroying the ethical cost of meat.

She would be lauded by history as the greatest agent of harmony, not that it would matter to her. All that would matter to her is that she'd finally performed an act worthy of an Equestrian princess.

All it had to do was work.

The city is gone, and nearly all is lost. Luna has one last shot to sacrifice herself to save Equestria...
