All of the Cutie Mark Crusaders get there cutie marks, all but Scootaloo. The other Cutie Mark Crusaders are too caught up with their new talents to notice that Scootaloo doesn't have hers. Scootaloo is devastated and frantically tries to get her cutie mark. Will she be able to get her mark?

Colgate's dentist work will extend to the depths of the ocean as she encounters a gigantic whale named Monstro. She might find herself in a pickle until she makes a surprising discovery.

Lyra has been friends with Colgate for a very long time, but has never asked the dentist pony why she has an hourglass as a cutie mark. During a usually checkup, Lyra decides to ask, and the amazing tale begins!

Rainbow Dash, fastest pony in all of Equestria and future member of The Wonderbolts has no fear of anything! May it be heights, depths or anything else!

Well... Maybe there's just one thing that she's afraid of- even though she might not admit it herself -, and that is the dentist.

Coming from a childhood trauma she sooner wants to forget, she is deadly afraid of going to these doctors. And the princesses pretty much hate her by now, because of all the days that she could have had a tooth ache, it is just today! Now, join Rainbow and her friend Twilight in this journey of madness and Twilight's growing annoyance in going with Rainbow Dash's antics until she finally finds enough courage of facing her fears and going to the dentist!

In the aftermath of the wedding, Spike is bitter and avoiding everyone. Twilight's determined to find out what's bothering her charge, but she walks a very fine line when dealing with an emotionally distraught child.

Meanwhile, Rainbow Dash suspects something's wrong with Scootaloo, so she starts spending more time with her in hopes of picking the secret from her brain. As she begins to truly mentor the young filly for the first time ever, she begins to see the advantages to having a little sister.

And while all this is going on, Pinkie is struggling with some old family issues that have been brought to the surface, meaning she might have to confront her past at last.

There comes a time in every growing dragon's life when he has to go visit the doctors. Twilight just needs to show him who's boss... hijinks, as they say, ensue.

The time for reckoning has come. After nearly a thousand years of avoidance and dread, Discord's fate is sealed in what is surely his end. Can the Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony possibly survive what is most likely his certain doom? Or will the perils be too great for him to manage?

All he knows is that minty fresh breath will be the least of his worries.

Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Applejack get into a tragic accident. This accident leaving two of the three injured dead and one with one simple wish: 'pull the plug'. Who has to do it? Sadly, Apple Bloom has to, for she's the one who visited her at the wrong time.

Scootaloo winds up opening her dark past of being an orphan. To who you may ask? To Nurse Redheart of course. Who isn't happy for it, even feels sad for it.

Sweetie Belle has to overcome her own issues of a few days ago losing her mother and father, now her sister too. This filly has some of the worst events happen to her.
