A family of ponies move to the town of Ponyton, a small town just outside of Ponyville. Glitter, a young, anxious blank flank is determined to find her true calling. Being the new pony in town can't be easy, and having weird dreams is even harder! but Glitter is determined to do whatever it takes to get her Cutie Mark.

Chrysalis was broken and defeated. Had she not come across a loving mother and child, she would be dead. But she need to feed, and thus an idea struck her.

News of a grand circus touring all of Equestria reaches the ear of everypony, bringing with it fun and excitement wherever it goes. When Applebloom gets a letter from her cousin Babs describing how amazing the circus was during its stop in Manehatten, the CMC are more eager than ever for it to reach Ponyville.

Owned by the grand ringmaster, Duo-tono. And performed by various creatures of Equestria, ranging from acrobatic minotaurs and gryphon clowns to juggling ponies and manticore-taming dimond-dogs. This tent-filled wonder has something for everypony to enjoy!

However, when one of the members of the circus goes missing, a dark and terrible secret is unleashed. One that only the circus, through orders of the crown, could keep at bay in order to keep Equestria safe.

Can the CMC help stop this growing disaster before it's too late? or will Equestria fall to the powers of darkness?

Declaimer: The title of the story pays homage to "Cirque du Soleil" for its fantastic performers and breathtaking shows. The proper French title is "Cirque de la Lune" meaning "Circus of the Moon", but instead ends with "Luna" on purpose for story telling reasons.

Reality can often be a very difficult thing to deal with. Loss can be hard to bear. And, without warning, everything you once knew can be destroyed in an instance. All these lessons will soon be learned as Sombra reclaims his throne, and his dark intentions are slowly revealed.

Princess Celestia has returned from a diplomacy mission with the Changelings, and she has a big surprise. She and Queen Chrysalis have fallen for each other and are now a couple. Cadence, more than a little distraught over what has transpired, plans to separate the two and prove that Chrysalis is still the evil enemy she was at the Royal Wedding.

Just a regular one of the hive until he was blasted the farthest away from the hive mother and now has to think for himself for the first time in his life. He has to think on his feet and make a disguise for himself based on his imagination of a pony he crafted in haste. He now has one job: Infiltrate Ponyville for his Liege, his queen. But being away from the hive means he is going to develop a personality, and that is something someone in the hive should be without, except in smaller doses. Will his new life affect his job, or will he forsake the innocent ponies for the one he is supposed to serve?

But when he finally meets the owner of those eyes, will he be prepared for the change that his life is about to undergo?

It is highly recommended that you read The Gift of Life before diving into this story.

Told from the third person perspective of Celestia and Luna(in her respective chapters), this story delves into the holes about what the two princess' lives were like when they were mere fillies all the way until they barely reach adulthood.
