Twilight had planned to visit Sunset Shimmer and her friends over in the other world for a nice, quiet weekend, away from all the worries and problems associated with being a Princess of Equestria. Unfortunately, things rarely go as planned.

After an accident cuts her off from Equestria, Twilight finds herself stuck in the human world until the gateway between the two worlds can be fixed. Which wouldn't normally be a problem...

In order to contact Princess Twilight Sparkle of Canterlot High's new students, The Dazzlings, Sunset Shimmer reveals to her friends, a magical item that is capable of sending written messages between the two worlds. Pinkie Pie had always wanted to have a pen pal, and what better person to talk to than your(other worldly)self? Of course, as usual with anything Pinkie Pie does, shenanigans ensue.

Nobody knows much about The Writer. They don't know what he's been through, what he's been told.

Flim and Flam have done it again. They've opposed Applejack. This time, they've built themselves a bed and breakfast smack bang in the middle of her farm. Applejack doesn't approve of this and goes to see them... only to discover that they are hiding a dark secret involving a pony she's seen before.

For quite some time there have been heavy tensions between Equestria and Prance. The princesses don't want to admit it, but war seems inevitable. However, there is one pony who can help. Not great at descriptions and this is my first story for this site, so cut me some slack. If you like this story I would greatly appreciate it if you left a like.

One day, a pegasus messenger stumbles into the palace and collapses at the foot of Celestia's throne, too exhausted to even stand. He had flown in all the way from the Badlands in order to deliver his news in time.

The changelings are coming.

Now it is up to Princess Celestia to figure out the changeling question before it is too late. Why do they attack in the open when their strength lies with deception? Why do they consume by force when kindness and generosity would help them more? What sort of thoughts lurk in the mind of a creature that consumes emotion?

If she can understand Chrysalis, maybe she can avert the oncoming disaster.

Rose Hip has been alone for more years than he can remember. He's forgotten the last time he's interacted with another pony. He does have one friend, but he's more like family than anything else. One day, a child knocked on his door. Could it be that he'll finally be able to make friends? Will he be allowed to have the interaction with another living creature?

Octavia has been having trouble staying awake. Her roommate, Vinyl Scratch, has been playing her music extra loud lately and it's been making sleeping rather difficult. Vinyl claims to know a cure for her current problems. Could she really have a way to help people stay awake in times of need?

Vice Principal Luna gets a call from Principal Celestia to come to her office.

One problem, though... Celestia's drunk.

After what happened at the Fall Formal, Rarity comes to see that Sunset Shimmer's become little more than a recluse, a mere shell of her former self. It also doesn't help that no one in the school is even willing to give her a chance. Rarity sees this as inexcusable. So, honoring their promise to Twilight, she convinces the girls to try their hardest to get Sunset out of her shell by having the girl take part in their activities.

But will a simple shared interest be enough able to open up Sunset's rapidly closing heart?
