Brace down and buckle up as you are taken along on the wicked rollercoaster ride that is Vinyl's life. Stand beside her as she first learns of her talents as a musician. Hold her hoof as she braves whatever life throws at her while buskering on the streets of Manehatten. Cry with her as she faces old fears and overcomes new ones. Cheer and revel in her marriage and success. Laugh wholeheartedly at her comedic small mistakes and happenstances.

Most importantly however, understand the rocky and twisted road that shaped the DJ we have all come to know and love.

After the events of "Hurricane Fluttershy", Fluttershy goes to visit Rainbow Dash by bringing her a basket of goodies. The two friends then get to talking, especially with Rainbow Dash managing to express herself in how much Fluttershy's friendship and support means to her. In words, something she never has an easy time doing, but manages to do okay in.

FlutterDash hints, but can still be interpreted as friendship.

After the events of the Royal Wedding, Rainbow Dash seeks the company of Fluttershy on the train ride home. Whether to seek proper closure, or just to be near her, isn't quite clear. As they gaze out the window to the rolling landscape of the night, the two Pegasi best friends have a time for their introspection of aspects of the recent past. An introspection into dealing with certain feelings they may have.

Rainbow Dash has come to a recent revelation, and has finally accepted it. Fluttershy is yet to be sure and if she accepts it. Yet, undeniably, something lingers.

Rainbow Dash wants to write a love letter to Fluttershy, but has no idea what certain sexual terms mean. When she asks Applejack and Pinkie Pie what they mean, they decide to mess with her by telling her that the words are innocent. Hilarity ensues. But the two Earth ponies know exactly what they're doing...

Companion story to Souldin's Open To Interpretation

Rarity, Twilight and Applejack discuss one certain moment during the fight scene against the Changelings between Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, in wonder of what REALLY happened. But what of Pinkie's mention of the two Pegasi snuggling together, nibbling each other's ears, and getting all lovey-dovey?

Here's what was going on all along with Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy!

Rainbow Dash rallies up the pegasi of Ponyville, alongside Twilight and Spike, to train and prepare for Tornado Day. However, Fluttershy's lack of participation coupled with her insecurities and anxiety hinders Rainbow's determination. It's not easy when all she wants is to share this with the pony she loves and encourages her to do her best.

It's a rainy day and poor Spectra is stuck inside until her mom Rainbow Dash gets home. The excitement begins for the little yellow filly once the rainbow arrives.
This is just a simple one shot I came up with, involving Spectra Flutterdash's filly, Cheerilee/Big Mac's filly Acey Mac and TwiLuna's filly Moonlight Eve.
Romance tag is because of the cuddly Flutterdash in chapter 3.
