Her years of adventuring with her friends behind her, Twilight is given the prestigious position as the captain of Equestria's newest air-liner, the Luna's Dream. Using it as her personal "research vessel" she travels Equestria and the lands beyond in search of knowledge and books in the guise of taking high-paying ponies on cruises. On this particular flight to the gryphon's capitol, she's waylaid by a particularly angry blue unicorn that won't rest until Twilight Sparkle is dead on the end of her cutlass.

Loosely based upon the Mankind Triumphant short from TCB: Brave New Universe. Set 500 years after the events of the story. A group of Reclaimers set out on a nominally standard recovery mission. Go to an old abandoned laboratory, pick up some data and possibly some equipment, hand it off to the client, and go on about your lives.

Things rarely go as planned, as a discovery within said laboratory has the potential to turn the world upside-down and inside-out.

All is well in Ponyville, until a meteor crashes down right in front of Lyra Heartstrings! Emerging from it is the strangest creature Lyra has ever seen, and it only demands one thing: Take me to your leader.

After a creature, long since forgotten, is captured by Princess Celestia's royal guards, the Princess has issued orders for Twilight Sparkle to research the animal. While the creature is in Twilight's care, she learns that this animal isn't just some feral beast.

Scoots and Dash are staying with Fluttershy, when the timid yellow mare takes off in the middle of the night with a storm looming. Worried when she doesn't make it back before the storm breaks, they search for her in the dark and the rain.

(you might not understand everything if you haven't read the tumblr, but this is just a short and sweet slice-of-life for the storyline and the author of awesome)
