Big Macintosh is finally going to marry Fluttershy, but he doesn't know how he should propose. To figure out how, he asks his three best friends for advice: Caramel, Mr. Cake, and Braeburn. Hilarity ensues when Big Mac tries to propose. Will any of his attempts work? Will Big Macintosh propose to Fluttershy, or will he fail?

Gloom arrives in Ponyville with a number of beings from stories and legend. A two-headed being, skeletons and much more await the Mane-six. How will they react and deal with the challenges they bring forth.

This story is kind of a mash up I threw together while trying to organize my thoughts. I plan on expanding and adding more chapters following the cast. Any advice and criticism is accepted. Its the only way I'll get better.

Fluttershy has always been a timid pony. It was a truth long accepted until the day she met her one and only love: that stallion who cared for her, protected her, and sheltered her from any harm... a stallion as quiet and as shy as she was.

In his embrace she grew, learned, laughed, and loved. She reached out further into the world than she ever had before, and with his support she became that mare she always dreamed she could be.

Now, as she stands overlooking the world, her memories of their times together will keep her warm when his hooves no longer can. With her final hours and the remembrance of their life together, her life will slowly fall back into place. With his confidence and her love, nothing can shake her. Now, at the end of everything, does she understand how it all went wrong.

What she doesn't understand, however, is that she's wrong about everything.

“Do you remember the day we first met?”

Celestia has been having recurring dreams; dreams that she wishes would go away. But they won't, they only increase in their frequency. One night, she gives in and visits that statue in the royal garden. The statue that haunts her sleep. The statue of her one true love, the statue that she made. That night, under the statue, she remembers the day they first met.

Big Macintosh is working on the farm, and decides to visit the graves of his father and grandfather. Little did he expect that he'd be meeting the shy pegasus of the Everfree Forest, Fluttershy. After Big Macintosh helps her with an issue they decide to meet up for some tea. Is fate trying to drive these two into each others arms by trapping them in her cottage with a storm?

During a picnic, a mysterious portal appears out of nowhere in plain view of Twilight and the rest of the gang. Curiosity gets the better of them, so they decide to enter the gateway to another world and see what's on the other side.

After transporting them to this strange new world, the portal powers down inexplicably, trapping the Bearers of Harmony in a strange cube land with no way back.

How will they get home? What dangers will they face lurking around every corner?

More importantly, what does a lonely crafter have to say about all of this?
