AppleJack discovers a rubbing on one of her apple trees and is unable to figure out the cause. So together with her friends she finds a herd of passing Stags from the White tail woods. However, as one of her friends becomes injured she takes off alone into the woodlands on the outskirts of the orchard to deal with constant offenses that seem to be offending her.

What she gets herself into is not what anymare would desire to get caught in the middle of, ultimately forcing her into the Everfree forest caught in the middle of a rut. Litterally, for it was that time where stags young and old fight for authority, dominance, and romance. And now stuck in the battle grounds, she herself takes part in opeing up a can of Sweet Apple Acre WhoopAss.

Meet Big Macintosh. The older brother of Applejack and AppleBloom. The only grandson of Granny Smith. Coltfriend of Rarity. Local apple farmer and, of course, the main character of the story!

He has it all, folks. A loving family, a beautiful marefriend, caring friends, and the best life he could ever had!

She's willing to do anything to show him that she really cares, even visit the 'muddy old town' Ponyville to get some pictures of the place for him. However, when she's there she meets local farmer Big McIntosh. Now, something has changed.

Unsettling dreams are starting to worry Princess Luna. She is positive these dreams hold an ominous portent for all of Equestria, but there is only one stallion who knows for certain the answers she seeks. King Sombra has been imprisoned again in Shadow since his defeat and the shattering of his body, but he is no less cunning and ruthless. And as Luna tries to interrogate him over time, she finds there is a softer side to the unicorn king, one nopony has seen before. But Celestia fears for her younger sister, warning Luna against Sombra's advances. Is the once-tyrant truly starting to court Princess Luna...or is she simply being used as a pawn in his plans to regain power?

Set after Twilight's ascension, the previously considered senseless tribes of humans are holding their own against a powerful Griffin invasion set against their civilized homeland.

The humans, as they are, are little more than savage beast with honed killing instincts. The brutality of these abominations is second to none. They fight amongst each other and sell the defeated males into slavery for things that they couldn't produce on their own.

However, they now seem more organized and united now than ever. Which has Celestia worried about a possible growing threat.

Twilight is sent on a mission to learn as much she can about the humans and their tribal ways, and as she continues her journey she begins to unravel the mysteries of a species that perhaps, should have stayed dead.

Flowers often carry heavy meanings. Roseluck prides herself in knowing the meaning behind every flower. A flower however, has a deeper meaning. Big Mac never has any luck with flowers. For Rarity a flower is an elegant thing with truly humble beginnings. For Caramel a flower means freedom. And for Rainbow Dash, a flower is the mark of a new beginning. Hidden in the rose garden they will find a meaning all of their own.

Appleloosa. A town built to withstand anything. But when mysterious visitors rob them of their very livelihood, Spitfire and Big Macintosh have to work together to save the town, as well as their developing friendship.

A/N: Story I just sort of came up with. I really like westerns, and Appleloosa seems like a great setting. Shipping is happening (wanted to see a change of pace in it), as well as violence (What'd you expect, it's a western.). Enjoy!

Rainbow Dash finally gets her chance to compete in the Equestria Games, but she has to also face the stallion she loves with all her heart. Will she finally be able to win the gold medal she always desired? She has three different events to compete in; three chances to be on top of the world.

A not-too-complicated SoarinDash story taking place during the Equestria Games and featuring flashbacks to canon events with extra stuff added to them. This story, however, ignores the rule that each pony can only compete in one event, because I am comparing the Equestria Games to the Olympics. It is only just a fanfic, nothing special. This story is in two different timelines: what's happening at the Equestria Games, and what's in Rainbow's memory.
