This story is a sequel to A Pony out of Place

Set directly after A Pony out of Place. Flare Blitz, a Rapidash, turned pony, has opted to stay in Equestria, but things won't be so easy for him. Now a full-fledged pony, he has to earn a Cutie Mark, train with the Princesses, survive a love triangle and Arceus knows what else.

And most importantly... get Twilight to go out with him!

When Dialga and Palkia start to attack one another in Alamos Town, a Ponyta named Flare Blitz is caught in the crossfire. After falling into the dimensional rift, he finds himself in a strange new land filled with brightly coloured ponies. Flare doesn't know how he got here or if he can even get back home...

The question is, will he even want to go home?

This story is a spiritual successor to Twilight Sparkle Fools Around With A Lightsaber

One day, Twilight Sparkle is going about her day when she finds an odd Pokemon at her door that looks like a set of keys. After finding out what exactly this Pokemon is, she finds out that it's completely immune to any dragon's attacks. Madness ensues.

After a long morning of research, Twilight opens her door and finds an oddly designed partially hollow cylinder on her welcome mat. Hmm, that's odd. What is this? What does it mean? And more importantly, how much fun can we have with it?

Twilight Sparkle wakes up one day feeling strange. Everything is gigantic, her tail is wrong, and she can't help but notice all the unusual smells. Her hopes that it might be one of Discord's strange pranks are quickly dashed, as she discovers the effect is more widespread than she initially guessed. Twilight Sparkle is an Espeon now.

But will Equestria survive it?

After falling into the Stream of Silence, Anon found himself unable to speak. Ordinarily, this wouldn't be an issue, as the Kirin he lives with are used to the presence of the stream and are more than capable of making him a cure.

Unfortunately, said cure relies on the magical foal's-breath flower, which is currently out of season. He's going to have to wait for the next batch of it to grow before he can speak again.

Thankfully, this is a problem that his wife, Rain Shine, has plenty of experience with.

Twilight woke up feeling exhausted and aching.

As she wakes she comes to find Spike acting weird, and her friends, and all of Ponville, now she must discover what happened last night and hurry before Ponyville falls apart.

And not succumb to whatever this is in the process...

Rainbow Dash finds out that Equestria has speed limits.

This is a short, stream-of-consciousness character voice exercise. Dialogue is fun, so why not remove everything else? I'm rather pleased with it; Sonata's head, as it turns out, is a delightful place to be.
