Rainbow Dash wants to hangout with Pinkie. Always-up-for-fun Pinkie Pie. Except just right now on this particular day she's not. She's lurking under her blankets and grumbling. Not just a day, but a grumpy day.
Well.
Rainbow Dash can't be having with this sort of thing. Time to give Pinkie Pie a piece of her mind.
Necromancers. Sickly ponies bathed in cloaks of darkness, bringing ruin to all who fall under their shadow, terror to those who meet their gaze. Ripping the dead from the grave and conscripting them to their army of evil and conquest. Woe to the towns that dare draw their interest.
Such are the legends.
This is a story about one of the kindest ponies I know.

"Lily, can I be blunt with you?"

These two ponies have had it up to here with how many questions they get on a regular basis. It seems like as soon as a major crisis stops happening in Ponyville, they suddenly become every pony's voice of reason and consulting. Well, they've had enough of it. So they lead the crowd to the one pony who can answer everything.

Obvious play on words has a not so obvious conclusion.
One-shot.
How hard can it be to borrow a book?
It's been a long time since the talent show, and Sweetie Belle has forgotten all about the bolt of fabric she abused and insulted that day.
But the fabric did not forget, and the fabric did not forgive.
Rainbow Dash attends a Wonderbolt show, and runs into somepony she totally didn't expect to see there.

What you are about to read never happened. There is no clandestine government group referred to as "The Agency". If there were such an group, it would most definitely not employ young fillies as agents. And rest assured, an organization called MULE did not come within minutes of detonating a bomb at the Summer Harvest Parade in Ponyville.
The only things out of the ordinary that happened that weekend were some bullying related incidents. That is the official story, and we are sticking to it.
