TundraStanza

The Poetic Frost makes mistakes so that you don't have to. "Dance, Sode no Shirayuki!"

T

"Daisy, can I ask you something?"
"Lily, can I be blunt with you?"
"Daisy, I have a favor to ask."
"Lily, I don't know who else to turn to."
Daisy! Lily! Daisy! Lily!

These two ponies have had it up to here with how many questions they get on a regular basis. It seems like as soon as a major crisis stops happening in Ponyville, they suddenly become every pony's voice of reason and consulting. Well, they've had enough of it. So they lead the crowd to the one pony who can answer everything.
---
Obvious play on words has a not so obvious conclusion.
One-shot.

What in the name of Walt Whitman's six-cylinder riding lawnmower did I just read? :applejackconfused:

I think I need help. Although, I have no idea what form that help should take.

Seems like you don't know, either. Which doesn't bode well, considering you're the author. :trixieshiftright:

In all seriousness, I kinda get the joke, but at the same time, I don't. The Flower Ponies are the most melodramatic mares in Ponyville (next to Rarity). Why would anypony take them seriously? The only time the town followed their example is when Apple Bloom got the Cutie Pox. If this was a more regular occurrence, the joke would've been a lot stronger. As it stands, it's just plain random.

...

Which is what's advertised in the genre tags, so I can't really fault it for that. Still, I felt it was simply alright. Not terrible, not great, just alright. :duck:

My first instructor was Dr. Chandra. He taught me to sing a song. Would you like to hear it?

And since the proper title of the song is "Daisy Belle", there's a possible angle for a sequel. If you suffer enough sleep deprivation to write such a thing, I mean.
