A day in the life for Mario, Link, Samus, Kirby, Fox and Pit, a team of fighters known in their joint universe as The Protagonists, all with their fair share of dealing with A LOT of bad guys. But a raid on a Space Pirate base reveals that their rivals - the Final Bosses- have decided that rather than start by conquering their own universes, protected by the Protagonists, they'd rather crush a different, unsuspecting world via trans-dimensional technology.
Unfortunately for them, The Protagonists foil their scheme, only for an explosion to blast everyone to the Final Bosses target destination: Equestria, a cheerful world of ponies where the need for protection seems to be absent. Unfortunately, it seems that the residents are not as harmless as they look.

For several weeks, weird things have been happening in Equestria. Well, weirder than usual. Odd creatures have been emerging from the Everfree Forest, seemingly watching the town of Ponyville. When the strange creatures attack, Celestia sends Equestria's military to Ponyville to help protect the citizens.
The Element Bearers are assisting the citizens of Equestria in defending their homes from invasion. However, the monsters begin attacking on all fronts, and nothing is looking good for the ponies of Equestria.
Luckily, there are some individuals nearby who are plenty experienced in dealing with bad guys. They call themselves the Protagonists.
Everything is about to go wrong, Mares and Gentle colts.

This story contains spoilers for different games in the Mario, Legend of Zelda, Kirby, Star Fox, Kid Icarus and Metroid franchises, as well as for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Events also take place after the Season 5 premiere, so no canon after the opener will be included (although information revealed in those events are fair game).

Set in the Sunsetverse

Sunset has been having problems due to being so much older then her friends, while Rainbow Dash is facing disrespect at work and a lack of alcohol due to being so much younger.

After the two discuss their problems, they come to the most obvious solution - Mess around with some old spells and magically alter their ages.

However with Princess Celestia performing a solar flare to celebrate the return of her sister, things might not work as expected...

It was a word that her best friend Annie wished she'd stop using, but Amber wouldn't budge. But Annie wasn't going to leave it alone, if Amber was going to accept that she was broken, then she'd have to accept that anything broken can also be fixed.

Equestria has had it's ups and downs. But when eight mares find themselves with extraordinary powers they band together as the kingdom's elite team of heroes. The league of spiders. Can they keep their secret from evil or will they end up seen as freaks for what they became. With only each other can they face the trials ahead. *up for adoption*

The Element of Magic is lost, the portal to Equestria is closed, and Sunset Shimmer is staring down 30 more moons in the human world with despair. But from the ruins of her plans comes hope in the form of Star Swirl the Bearded, a ghostly guide left behind by the Elements of Harmony. Can Sunset Shimmer learn from her failures and earn the friendship of a few friends? Or will the demon one day come back? Who is Sunset Shimmer now?

Fills in the gap from Equestria Girls to Rainbow Rocks, diverging slightly from continuity to tell a more complete story, slowly building Sunset Shimmer back up as a character worthy of having the HuMane 6 as her friends.

Planned to continue on to fill the gaps to the Friendship Games, but that is still TBD.

*** SIGNIFICANT RE-WRITE: Yes, I completely removed the first Arc of the story and integrated parts of it into the second. This has, in my opinion, significantly improved the focus of the tale and creates a more complete story. I apologize for making such a drastic change, but as I continued to edit and re-edit it, I kept coming back to the idea that the first Arc simply wasn't contributing anything exciting to the story.

After another pony problem, Crystal Clarity has made the biggest mistake she could ever wish for.
In this story of loving and accepting who or what you are, Claire must undo her wish before it's too late.

Before Twilight Sparkle ever saved the crystal ponies, before defeating Discord, freeing Luna, meeting all her friends, before all of that, Sunset Shimmer was on the rise to royalty. She never knew it, but one visit back to Equestria changed everything.

This story is a sequel to My Little Pony Equestria Girls 3: Twilight Vs Twilight

Still trying to find her place in the world Sunset Shimmer returns to Equestria in order to right the wrongs she committed there, however she finds it difficult to adjust back to the Pony lifestyle after being gone for so long. Then suddenly a masked villain captures Twilight, forcing Sunset Shimmer to lead the gang in order to save her as well as face her original sin.
