After what Sunset had done she never expected anyone to forgive her, but there was always someone willing to give her a second chance and accept her for what she was. Even before Twilight's friends bothered with her, there was one girl who Sunset could always rely on to be there.

After Fluttershy finally blows up in her face, a genuinely confused Rainbow Dash has a discussion with Twilight Sparkle, concerning the events leading up to it. Twilight confronts Rainbow Dash with quite a number of occasions that prove that Rainbow Dash isn't quite as considerate of her friends as she thought—and Fluttershy isn't always as willing to please as she seems. But Dash truly is a good friend, and as long as she remembers her friend's feelings, it might not be too late for Rainbow Dash to patch things up.

When Twilight Sparkle was just a kid, her best friend was a girl named Sunset Shimmer. Though their friendship had a bit of a rocky start, they quickly became inseparable, no matter how much everyone thought of them as ‘weird’. They were there for each other.

Years after the tragic accident that tore them apart, Twilight is determined to move on from her loss, and she sets off on an independent research project to investigate the strange happenings at Canterlot High. Little does she know that she will soon come face to face with what appears to be a literal ghost from her past.

The name's Applejack. Canterlot, the capital of our kingdom was beset by a plague of changelings durin' a weddin'. Had it not been for Cadence and Shining sendin' them packin', we might all be changelings by now. Not long after, Princess Celestia ordered a stallion from every house to enlist for the counterattack against them. He served his kingdom, as did countless other colts, and he came back without a scratch on him. Or, so Ah thought...

Lightning Dust's and Rainbow Dash's Wonderbolt training continues, but something is wrong. Lightning Dust hasn't been the same since she was forced to give up her lead-pony badge and both Spitfire and Rainbow Dash have taken note.

Can they turn her around?

Or will Lightning Dust's reckless behavior finally get the better of her?

Being subtle isn't Rainbow Dash's strong suit. At all. So when Applejack asks her point blank what she thinks of Rarity, she doesn't hold back.

In the months since they last saw each other, Rainbow had only grown more bitter over Rarity's sudden leave from Ponyville. A few misplaced words were all it took for everything to fall apart at the worst possible moment, and nopony was quite prepared for what happened next.
