Twilight has a few concerns. Mainly, that one mishap could cause all of Ponyville to burn down. So, of course, she takes a few precautionary measures.

Just a few.

Few would suspect that Pinkie Pie would be good at chess. A game as nuanced and subtle as chess requires concentration, strategy, and forethought. None of which Pinkie Pie possesses.

Right?

All Spike wanted to do was read some comic books while Twilight and Starlight were away. But alas, Trixie has come to visit. And to make matters worse, a spell has backfired on her, leaving her split into several tiny little versions of herself. That are all running amok in the castle. Great...

Spike's dragon code is an integral part of him, and he knows it will help him become a better dragon. So when he finds a book about the noble dragon code, he intended to follow it word by word.

He was not expecting the noble dragon code to tell him to cuddle with all of his friends.

After a long day of peril and danger, all Twilight wants to do is cuddle up with her baby dragon, who, for only a brief minute, had been the ruler of all dragonkind in Equestria.

Ponies like snuggles. Spike likes to give snuggles. But Spike is a five-hundred-foot tall dragon, and finds it difficult to give snuggles without accidentally popping the pony like an overripe tomato in a hydraulic press. Spike believes he has found a solution.

Part of the Hellpiercer 'verse, but knowledge of that story is not required.

This story is a sequel to Thrown Abroad

After the events of Thrown Abroad, Suncloak the changeling is happily living in Ponyville. Well, sort of. He needs the love of friendship to stay alive! Luckily, there's plenty of ponies who would want to be friends with him. But let's not forget about other changelings here...

You know, this would be a lot easier if the whole concept of friendship wasn't so needlessly difficult.

A single changeling is blamed for making Chrysalis' plan to take over Equestria fail. He's banished and thrown out of the hive, ending up somewhere far away.

Luckily, he ends up not too far from a certain well-known village, where he can feed to his heart's content.

Needless to say, not everything goes according to plan.

After the invasion of Canterlot failed, the Changelings were given a strict rule by their Queen. No Changeling was ever, EVER, allowed to speak of that failure for as long as they lived, neither were they allowed to utter the name of the princess who defeated their Queen, lest they pay the penalty of Death.

One Changeling accidentally lets slip the name of the princess during a meal, and immediately Queen Chrysalis sentences him to die by stoning.

His execution doesn't go the way she had in mind, though...

This story based and inspired by one of my favorite scenes from Monty Python: Life of Brian.
