Fifteen individuals were selected to become the new hope for all of Equestria, bringing together all sentient races in peaceful resolution - Calling Elites from many different fields of expertise so they can hone their skills and become friends.

That was the idea.

However, even the best laid plans can fail. The fifteen are taken by a maniac to a world where logic is thrown out the window and the only way to escape is to murder another!

Who will survive? Who will die? And what is the reason behind being kidnapped just to kill each other?

You might not be able to believe what I’m about to say, but everyone’s imagination has the ability to open countless worlds to anypony’s mind. Sometimes these worlds are nothing more than blurs, other times we can see them as crystal clear as the blue sky above. When we see these worlds as clearly as we can, we take inspiration from what we see.

But are these worlds real? Or are they just figments of our imagination?

There is but one way to find out… So let’s turn the page so we may see what fates await, what twists will turn, packed with chilling thrills, and of course heroics!

Tartarus.

It has been said to be place in Equestria where evil creatures are held prisoner, and guarded by the mythical three-headed dog, Cerberus. The guardian of this underworld prevents any and all of its inhabitants from escaping into the bright world of Equestria.

However, just as there as many stars in the sky, there are just as many forms of Tartarus and just as many gates. Some of these forms are entirely different worlds, netherworlds spoiled by spite, cruelty, blood soaked taboos, bad one-liners, mimes, and boundless riffraff.

Many a stallion have wondered what lies behind these gates – What worlds are hidden by the darkness guarded by Cerberus? Only the bravest and foolish know, and of those few… Well, they’re more like idiots cause nopony’s ever seen them again once they found that answer.

… What was I talking about again?

Oh, right, the story. So yeah…

As I said, a number of stallions have crossed the gates into Tartarus, but what if a denizen from the Netherworld stumbled into Equestria?
