This story is a colaboration between Dusty Pwny and myself.

When it came to the world of entertainment, Fleur Dis Lee could do it all. She once showed her prowess in acting with her portrayal of princess Luna in the stage play, The Lonely Night. She wowed Equestria with her dancing as she toured the realm with a traveling troupe. Arenas would be sold out months in advance, just to hear her sing, and ponies from all across the land would marvel at how she used magic to either enhance the experience of the show, or would build entire shows around illusion. It wasn't just that she was good at these things that whatever she did sold out, but because she was the best.

But that was in the past, Fleur hasn't done anything for years, content to live in the lap of luxury as Fancy Pants' trophy mare, and be shown off to all the most important ponies in Canterlot at the most important events where anypony who's anypony would be at.

But after a scandal, she suddenly finds herself with no money, no friends, no home, and no sign of help from the stallion she thought loved her. Perhaps it's time for a comeback? But then again, who wants to see a pony that's not famous anymore.

In the south side of Canterlot, in the Broken Wing apartment building, follow the stairs up to the top floor. Mind the dark spot, there's wood rot in the floor boards, and if you were to go past the apartment that sounds like an industrial factory was hidden within, you would find the humble abode of Phoenix Quill.

Within this simple but messy studio apartment, you look around and find no sign of the stallion, but take a look around and you will find that he has a collection of stories for you to read. Some his, others not. Mostly true, and some pure fiction.

None of it's labeled beyond the name of the story, and it seems that it will be a while before he'll be home to chat with you, so why not curl up and enjoy a book. Who knows, there may be a gem or two within.

Story One: Canterlot Nights

This is where I will post my stories that I feel are just too short, random, or boring to stand up on their own, including some stories that were meant for Discord Writes a Ship Fic, and some small stories that help everyone to connect the lines between all my other works.

Here is a handy guide for you to understand how some of these will be put up.
If you see a title, then that's all it is or ever will be.
If it says "Disc" next to a title, it's something Discord wrote.
If the story has multiple parts, for some reason... It will be labeled as parts A-B-C etc.
If the story is not cannon at all with my other stories, it will be labeled as "Fic"

But a new chalanger approaches as Twilight Sparkle, princess of all sparkelly vampires decides to turn to evil in the name of sciencse!

Luna has a problem. She's spent all of her royal allowance, and she wants to go shopping! What's a mare to do? Ask her older sister of course! But when she is shot down for her own idea, Celestia decides that if Luna's going to get some extra bits, she's gotta earn it.

And so, Luna's going to have to clean out a vault filled to the brim with a thousand years worth of tributary gifts. Gifts she didn't ask for, or know she had, or even want! What will she do? Well, when you need bits, you do as the ponies do. Roll up your figurative sleeves and get to work!

Burnt Oak has been in Canterlot Long Term Emergency Medical Hospital for almost a year now, and he is still not showing any major improvement.
Despite the fact that Magdalena has only known him for a few months, she is still waiting for any word on his condition for either the better, or the worse, and sees him every weekend.
One day however, things take a turn when a mysterious pony comes up to her with a deal. One that can save his life, but change it forever.

Will she let him go, or will she let him give Burnt Oak another chance? And if she does, will she follow him down that path in life?

After all, what great changes can take place when changelings are involved...

It's been a few days since the vampire fruit bat incident, and Twilight had undone the effects of the spell from Fluttershy. But now she's locked herself with crates of apple juice in the clock tower, can Princess Luna, Twilight and the rest of her friends do something?

Braeburn has been farming in Appleoosa for a long time, so long that he's decided that it's time for him to get away from it all for a week in Manehatten before Hearths Warming Eve.

But on the train, he has to share his dinner with a stranger who's very opinionated, and gives him a strange feeling. There's something off in the way he talks, and what he says. Is he trying to sway Braeburn's decision on how to live his life?

It really is a simple concoction, a few leaves, roots and berries mixed together.
It's something that conjurers a feeling I just can't explain. You would have to try it to know where I stand.

Everything seemed to be alright the day that Discord came back to Canterlot under the watchful eye of Celestia as a (mostly) redeemed draconequus. But the luxurious life of royalty is so... BORING!
