It's another busy day at Sugar Cube Corner! The orders are piling in and Pinkie is having a blast. Busy day means lots of smiles! But when a special order arrives all the way from Canterlot, Pinkie finds herself at wit's end on how to get the cake just right.

Thankfully, there's one pony she knows who knows Canterlot and how the ponies there like their stuff more than anypony else!

Lyra Heartstrings is a mare who often goes about life with her head in the clouds. Always dreaming, always fantasizing about what could be. She sees her friends and so many others enjoying sharing their lives with that special someone, and wishes that she could as well. To find that special someone she can be herself with and not be afraid, even if that self is a less than socially graceful.

When a chance meeting with a stallion—who is often too laid back for his own good—occurs, it brings about that possibility she's been dreaming of. Music was always her secret passion, and now, it seems that the song of her heart might get what she's been wanting.

Or are things too good to be true again?

Legacy is always defined by the choices that are made in life. For a traveling magician, the show must go on, and so will Trixie—no matter how much it hurts to hear the crowd boo. For a band of adventurers, seeing the scars left behind by Tyranny was not the legacy they wished the world to remember them by. When happenstance brings them together, they seize a chance to right their past mistakes.

Together, they would trample through the town and forest in the pursuit of their purpose in life and for those cutie marks that just refuse to show! A story of self discovery, and that of three ponies who would become the precursors of the rise of Order.

Prequel of Harmony Undone: The Rise of Order. It is not required reading to enjoy this story.

This story is a sequel to Three from the Forest

The World of Equestria is a world of balance and harmony. When Discord was released, the balance was disrupted. Even though the Spirit of Chaos was eventually settled, the equilibrium had already shifted. Now, Twilight and her friends will see what form the balancing act will take, and what it will mean for their beloved Equestria.

A sequel to Three from the Forest. It is not required to read the prequel to understand the events of Harmony Undone: The Rise of Order.
