Just something I had to write when I saw that picture up there on DeviantArt. I found it too adorable to not write a fic about and began formulating the general structure. 48 hours later and this showed up. It was a good way to get over my laptop crashing randomly and not loading up no matter what I tried. So, I had to completely wipe it and start over. Nothing incredible was lost, except for any progress I had finally made on the latest chapter of Persona: Harmony. It was disheartening to say the least. Fortunately, about 90% of my important things are free downloads. The only thing I had to pay for was an updated subscription of my virus protection and that was $34 for a year. I know I can still trust this program because there was no virus when my computer crashed. I'm no expert on the workings of computers, but the only odd thing I did that day was clean up my hard drive a bit. I don't remember deleting anything important, just games I no longer play and files I no longer needed. However, a scan literally hours before the crash said I was clean and Webroot is a good virus protection that is on the ball with updates and alerts that hasn't failed me yet. Anyway, I digress. This was a good way to get my heart back into writing after that setback. I did lose my Microsoft Word and it's too expensive for me to purchase again right now, but that's what Skydrive is for! With any luck we may still have a disc lying around the house somewhere with another use on it, but until then Skydrive has pretty much an exact duplicate of the most basic functions Word has to offer, so it's not even a top priority right now.

Seriously loved this, myself. Not only was it well written and cute as cute can be without actively causing diabeetus, but it was also quite frankly a breath of fresh air around here. It was nice to read a male-on-male love story for once. Don't get me wrong - I love me my technicolor lesbian horses. But as a man who has a boyfriend, it's just nice to see some sausage in this clambake of a fandom.
