An interesting start - the combination of hypnotic or mind control stuff and pony-play themes should be an interesting one to watch develop.
Assuming that they'll continue to be significant themes, but I can hope!
This is a very good start! That the influence of the drugs/hypnosis is subtle and unspoken gives us a delicious bit of anticipation, and I did catch what seemed to be trigger words to use against them later. I look forward to Adagio the mysterious villainess placing the cute pair (and especially Applejack

I very much doubt that it will be She. If she planned to take revenge, it would be with two girls first. You know exactly which ones I'm speaking for. Therefore, there is one character that the two heroines encountered. But I'm not sure about that until the next chapter is confirmed.
