Hm, you know, at this point if I were Sunset, I'd just ditch Canterlot High and not come back.
Okay, most schools have cameras and Police these days. There would be verifiable footage of RD, Thunderlane and Spitfire Lockering Sunset. So unless Celly is -specifically- turning a blind eye to bullying here every single last one of them just committed an assault level offense.
Doesn't even matter if Sunset was guilty of Anon-a-Miss, as they have no way of claiming self defense
This also means that every little bit of bullying done to Sunset, up to and including Gilda's gang's little attempted gang rape? The CMC are also culpable for this as the true face of Anon a Miss. And they'd get worse charges against them, because "Conspiracy to Commit" a crime usually carries a stiffer penalty than the crime itself. and sense Sexual assault's involved Gilda's crew and the CMC are *very* likely in a real world environment to be tried as adults.
That is, if the police are any decent, and since this is a Twi-Set story, one can only assume Shining Armor's involved. He tends to be written very "HOnest Cop" in EQG fic if overprotective of his LSBFF

As always, you're doing great, but I noticed a couple spelling mistakes. "Angery" instead of "Angry" in one spot, for example. I made that particular mistake quite often in grade school, so I can't not see it in writing when others use it.
Otherwise, I like that Luna is getting involved. Keep up the good work.
The reason she doesn't ask for help is because she feels nobody would care after all her friends dropped her the minute it looked bad and refused to listen to her. Considering Trixie is the first to show any kindness since this began. And the fact Celestia didn't make her feel welcome during the battle of the bands. She instead even after everything was over just went everything is fine now so why think about it. Luna knows what feels like to be unwelcome but until now she didn't bother to think about making sunset feel cared about.

It's rrefreshing to see Cameras caught some of the abuse, a lot of these fics have it there little or no evidence.
But I'm not pleased with Gilda being the worst, that bit cliché, and rather tire of that bit, sorry but how I feel.
As for my feelings on the Rainbooms, in this fic, I don't hate them nor like them.
I rather in truth se Sunset split things off with them, nor screaming or cursing them just pointing out they were never true friends with her, there fore there no reason to try and fix things.

As for the CMC expel them, yes it harsh but it better this way and to mostly protect them from being attacked by the other students.
Celestia should mention that the students of her school have proven to be the shame of her school, and she can't trust them not to go out and repeat the events that drove Sunset to be seeing professional help.
That break the student body, and love to see how they deal with their very very angry parents more so since the secrets on the blog was sent by the very students attacking Sunset.

Because at the *very* least someone with a cell phone would/should have been calling the Po Po regarding some disorderly conduct, much less Assault and Battery. Though with all the swearing, they likely assumed the Humane 5 at this point were a group of Delinquents and didn't want any trouble if they were seen calling the Police.
Seriously. In the real world, there are consequences for acting like this in highly public places.
Also, as ever, it's good to see VP Luna at the very least trying to do what she can for Sunset.

However, this is also a bad precedent. Folks that aren't CHS that go into Sugarcube Corner, like grown adults, out of towners, people that aren't involved in the whole situation are going to avoid the place, and advise people to avoid the place. Sugarcube Corner might even get known as a gang hangout.

Flutters, Flutters, Flutters. You basically just sent uniformed officers to someone's home KNOWING FULL WELL that even awful people treat their pets well. This wasn't about Justice. You weren't trying to protect Ray. You were trying to hurt Sunset in the worst way possible.
There's no going back from something like this, You won't see jail time for something like this since your intent wasn't for her to kill herself and Animal Control's usually an anonymous report due to the fact that people who own dangerous animals are usually themselves dangerous, but if it becomes public knowledge what you did, Gilda and her horny goons are more likely to get forgiveness than you at this point.
My justification here: Anon-a-Miss may have started all of this and have been the source, but the Humane 5 chose not to believe their friend, Gilda and crew chose to Assault and molest Sunset. AJ and RD chose to manhandle her in a bakery and talk like sailors in someone else's bakery. Most importantly, Fluttershy chose to file a false Animal Control report that caused Ray to be siezed from Sunset's home, likely permanently due to her homeless status, something Fluttershy was aware of and didn't care. Fluttershy's actions were the straw that broke the camel's back that led to Sunset's choice to attempt to end her own life

Fluttershy, you got Ray taken away from Sunset. The best way to make up for it is to get him back to her, by any means necessary. Legal or otherwise.
Um i think the animal control.is in error about that. That is a very flawed policy that no matter.of a claim.is proven bullshit they still take the animal.

We will see the "heroes" (Sci-Twi's family) gather to deal with this calamity (Sunset's health) in the second act.
