Brilliant bit of one-sentence storytelling there.
All told, a fascinating and horrifying world. I can only imagine what happened to Twilight in this timeline. Thank you for this, and best of luck in the judging.
aside from maybe the electricity, I'm not really sure why this has a Sci-Fi tag. It isn't really my thing so I usually avoid it, but it was a pretty good read all around, so glad I clicked. One other thing, I'm not sure why Twilight is on the cover, was expecting at least an appearance, but no big deal either. Seems like it could be a really cool world, and an origin story on how things got here would be interesting, and maybe a view of the world from an outsider's perspective could be cool too, or even a worker at this prison. Regardless, good work and good luck

Ngl, I really like this little universe.
It would be better to include other things like changelings, stormkingking, tirek. They all have capability to shut down alicorn’s magic. Political implications would be a messy fun to read.
