If this follows World of Darkness logic, the only one of those that will actually work is the wooden stake to the heart and that would only paralyze the vampire.
Then again as long as the stake is there you could theoretically just leave the paralyzed vampire somewhere, anywhere really, but if you're a special kind of special, like me, maybe leave them on a hill.
