In Vampire The Masquerade there are vampire generations. For instance Caine is the first vampire making him the 1st generation. Anyone Caine turns into a vampire is a 2nd generation and anyone the 2nd turns into vampires are 3rd generation.
Each generation is weaker than the last with the 14th and 15th generations being considered thin bloods due to how diluted the vampire blood in them is.

4th generation? Mind you the 3rd generation were worshiped akin to gods in ancient times and there are only about 2 or 3 still active. The 6th generation take on leadership roles like being the prince of an entire town/city. Player characters in any game will be at best 8th generation which is still incredibly powerful.

I haven't played the game, but I have watched videos on Youtube.
Although its never mentioned within the game itself the player character in that game is 8th generation so you could use that as a basis for power scaling. Also fun fact 75% of vampires (in modern society) are in-between 10th and 15th generation so Twilight should still be kickass. If you have her fighting any princes I suggest she has allies who can help her. Maybe she sires a few ghouls to help her out.

If you're going to write in the setting, I'd suggest you check the wiki out, since it gives a lot of good info on what The World of Darkness is all about. Something to consider is that all Malkavians are insane. But we're not talking "goofy, funny insane". We're talking "sitting in a room with a bunch of stuffed animals made with human skin that the Malk talks to like they're the people they skinned to make them" insane.

Playing the Bloodlines game is a bad way to research since it's mostly for people who have a decent knowledge of the lore already. Honestly just look up the lore on Google/YouTube. A lot of the information is free and is the fastest/most efficient way to understand kindred society.
