It is a great story since Scootaloo is a sea-foal, thing are going to be interesting.
Wow, Ocean Flow is going to adopt Scootaloo, I wonder what will Silverstream react when she will had a new younger sister?, and Skystar’s reaction of her new younger cousin?.

This story is actually progressing very well. You don't linger on any one point for longer than it is necessary. Anything that may require further thought is fleshed out enough to give us, the readers, a chance to create the world and situation you are developing.
This really is a cute story. The show itself is prone to creating comical situations, like the 'grape soda oopsie', to make the tale / moral unfold. So it is like a show episode in how it doesn't try to be anything deeper than a fun look into a 'what if?' adventure in Equestria. The shorter chapters are great for drawing unsure readers, as I might've been, into giving it a try. Now that I've tried it I like it and will continue to follow until the finish.

Oh! Love the 'pouch' idea. Makes them like a seahorse. Very fun and, again, explained in just the right way to not go beyond allowing the reader to think, "Hmm, I wonder if that is how they'd carry their young under the sea...?"
Only two chapters in and this one already has a fave. I do think that Ocean Flow will make the perfect mother for Scootaloo. Now for the big question, will she remember anything from her life as a pegasus or is this basically starting from scratch for her, the only life she will know is that as a seapony.
A fave and a track. I look forward to seeing where this goes.

This is very exciting to read. I do like ponies turning to babies stories and the fact that this about Scootaloo, it makes my heart melt that she will be able to have a real family, which is in royalty as well.
