I have a feeling that the fetish is happening on Flitter and Cloudchaser, not Rumble. They obviously wanted to treat Rumble like a baby, so they decided to drug his food and drinks with laxatives and diuretics to make him have numerous accidents and then gleefully watch him wet himself repeated and suffer diarrhea, allowing them to change him. Their actions are pretty much child abuse.
