Maybe I find a way to get SciTwi and Sunset into nudism.

Well, Sunset would be the easier sell since she came from a world where clothing was optional, but you could use logic to make SciTwi a nudist (i.e. clothing is a tool that is only needed for certain applications), but I haven't read your other works so I don't know how you've set those characters up.
Rainbow or Applejack could get them involved too. How that works out is up to you. There a a lot of way to make it happen.

8385608 That's the challenge that I'm looking for. I had to carefully plan out SciTwi Shimmer-Book 3 because I wrote Books 4-6 before Books 1 & 2. It was a last minute decision to link all five of those together.
(I'm already trying to plant the seeds in Book 7 of the other series.)
