When twilight, Starlight, and the other members of the mane seven finish cutting Rainbow Dash out from the webbing, they are met with some of the most colorful words they have ever heard.
“I am going to f*****g murder that d**n c**k sucking b*****d of a monster!”
“Rainbow Dash, watch your language!” Shouts Twilight
“Yeah, you can’t say that stuff, this is supposed to be rated PG!” Pinkie chimes in with
“What are you talking about Pinkie? Nopony else is watching us.”
“You’re right twilight, nopony is watching us.”
“Then what did you mean by… nevermind. Rule #1 of Pinkie, never try to use logic with Pinkie.”
“See Twilight, you can teach an old pony new tricks!” Pinkie says to Twilight, as the rest of the ponies present let out a laugh. Twilight groans and face hooves before grabbing Rainbow Dash in her magic as she attempts to fly away.
“What the f**k was that for Twilight? I was going to go make sure that that bug doesn’t hurt anypony else!”
“Rainbow, calm down you don’t think clearly when you’re angry. We don’t even know what happened! Also, Language! Now, how about instead of getting angry at something we know nothing about, we ask Scootaloo what happened.”
“Fine, but I’m still gonna punch that smug spider’s face in.” Rainbow replies before Scootaloo starts to speak.
“Well, last night the girls dared me to go into the Everfree. I didn’t want to but they kept teasing me and calling me a chicken so i went ahead and did it. However i ended up getting lost and attacked by timber wolves. Then Muffet came in and beat up all the timber wolves!”
“By muffet, do you mean that huge spider?” Twilight asks with a confused look on her face
“Yes Twilight, that was Muffet! How hard of a concept is it for you to grasp.” Scootaloo replies with an exasperated look on her face
“You named it! Why would you give that thing a name!” Rainbow shouts in an annoyed tone.
“First off, Muffet is a girl, second, that’s what she said her name was. I had no choice in what her name is. Now if you're done hating on the one person who seems to care about me, I’m leaving!”
“Scootaloo, if you don’t change your tone, i’ll have to…”
“You’ll have to what, have a talk with my parents. Ha! That trick won’t work on me! You can’t make me do anything! You aren’t my parents!” She shouts before running off in the direction of Ponyville, leaving the mane six in various states
“Why that ungrateful little… I’ll show you what I can do!” rainbow says before trying to fly off, only to be stopped once again by Twilight.
“Rainbow Dash, you need to chill out! If you do anything to her, her parents could sue you for foal abuse. Now get your head in the game and start acting your age. I am sick and tired of you constantly making stupid decisions!” Twilight shouts, her mane setting itself ablaze mid sentence, causing Rainbow to stop struggling and look at Twilight with a look of shock on her face. “Let me know when you finally decide to stop acting like a moron and mare up.”

Little miss muffet sat on here tuffet eating her spiderdounuts and tea...then came a rainbow and scared miss muffet away!
I'm wondering about Rainbow's aggression. I mean Muffet is a child, right? At least in body, is she? The picture at least seems like it. And Rainbow wanting to punch a kid seems extreme. But maybe she just didn't see it back then? She was quite the hothead at that moment after all. It also makes me wonder who will take care of her when she is a child. I mean, she would need a guardian after all if she is that young in body.
7882905 um... no. There's nothing in the game suggesting that she's a child, in fact she speaks like an adult, leads the spiders, and runs her own business. As far as we know she's an adult.

She is? It's kinda hard to tell from the title pic. And from other pics I looked up its hard to tell as well. I mean, on some fanart she looks like either a kid, a teenager or a young adult. On the original Undertale art though I would place her more as a kid. Kind of confusing actually. I mean, do they all see her as an adult, teenager, or kid?
Makes me also wonder how tall she is compared to ponies. Is she smaller than a mare?
Sorry about the many questions, I just find it confusing. I mean the way they see her would change future interactions a lot. Like I said would that open the doors to adoption and co.

Can be. I sadly never played the game. But it's something I want to do sometime. First though I would have to find out exactly how to achieve it and on what console it works, or if it works on PC.
Anyway I guess it is up for interpretation. I think the pixel original art looks child-like. But I'm probably biased because I like to read adoption stories, so maybe I'm just seeing things.

7883915 glad to hear opinions, and to answer your question to the best of my ability, she seems to be more of a motherly figure towards the other spiders, which usually comes as you grow and mature. If i had to place an age on muffet i would say she's in her early thirties as a single mother (since some spiders eat the male after procreating) and trying to make sure she can keep an eye on all of her adorable little ones while managing a small, one person, business

That's cool. It just seemed something like that had to be mentioned in the story logic-wise. It might even bring her closer to Scootaloo if she sees her as one of her age friend-wise. So any plans for an update?
I hope you continue this someday. I recently got into Undertale myself, and Muffet is my favorite character aside from Sans in the game.
At least have rainbow get a redemption Arc as so it's not needless bashing aka hating on character just because you hate that character regardless not the actions they do for example Sasuke Uchiha despite the fact that other characters do far worse and for worse reasons like dabi from my hero academia who is villian all because he didn't get the training and recognition he felt he deserves from endeavor who I might add in Canon does NOT abuse his family and dropped dabi out of concern because his quirk burns himself.
