Not bad, but could have used an editing pass for grammar.
The build up was good, but the culmination actually felt, ironically, anti-climactic. A little more detail and a little more feeling would have given it a great deal more impact after that teasing build up.
I hope that the incomplete status means we'll be getting more of this, especially something with Celestia showing her how it's done IYKWIM

Pretty good, though the ending was a bit anticlimactic. I kind of expected it to go on longer with that kind of build up.

Your cover art source is broken
I would think Twilight would hate it on a casual level. However it's that hate that makes her so excited and horny for more. She would be absolutely desperate for Celestia to release her and be terrified at being so incredibly dependent and helpless.
It's the same sort of excitement people feel when skydiving. You are terrified of it and that's what makes it fun.
The story is really hot. Remove the line about Twilight loving it and it'll be perfect.
Strange to say that and then have Twilight cum in the very next paragraph.
