This is a great style experiment. Well done.
This needs a dramatic reading by someone who can do a good Rod Serling. You got his voice almost bang on, though this is a little longer this his typical opening monologues.
So, Discord's omnipresent, but not omniscient nor omnipotent simply because he chooses not to be. Great!
Initruging style, not sure it worked for me, but I like the idea.
The style of this is rather jarring, especially because the summary hints at a pithy moment.
