Death, as in the anthropomorphic personification of death, is lost. When His fateful steed Binky takes a misstep, Death is thrown off of His horse and into the Great Unknown. After seeing the inner working of the universe*, He falls into a pond. Upon fishing Himself out of said pond, Death finds Himself in a forest that feels more like a park than an actual forest. Death starts to ponder what type of planet He is on. If it was not a disc that is supported on the backs of four elephants which, in turn, stand on the back of a giant turtle. Then it could be a regular boring spherical shape planet. Death then travels to a near by village, which by then He is accosted a certain group of ponies.
*Which He has already ready seen. If you asked Him what it looks like, He would say it was blue.**

530599 If you are talking when I capitalize "Him" Terry Pratchett makes all direct written references to Death are proper nouns. Of course he only did that in two books, but I think that will make Death stand out. But on the other hand, many of the other character that I will place into the story are mares. I know I have some run on sentences and if there are other words that are capitalized. For that, I am sorry but I did write this story in a spur of the moment deal, at 1:00am last night. So there bound to be many mistakes,

Added: I grew tired of seeing characters popping into Equestria; from somewhere in the Everfree Forest, somewhere near Canterlot, or in Twilight's Home. So something different was needed. Since Whitetail Woods is one of those places where it is completely under pony control, It felt funny to me, as in to throw the proverbial monkey wrench into the orderly environment.
You have the beginnings for an amazing story here, but then what else could I expect when Discworld meets Equestria? Two of my favourite narritive universes coming together.

What you have here really didn't capture Death's feel. Re-using references to 'real' is one thing. Instead, try and use something akin to 'the stone buildings wouldn't be there in a thousand years anyway, so didn't matter much.' For another, staying on Binky's back is a matter of Binky's will, not something that can be accidently lost. The Auditors aren't in so much for rules as they are predictability, and hating things that don't have material existance (eg friendship). Lastly, what's with Death judging how 'right' the scenery is?
Further, be more consistent with verb tenses. That'll make the whole thing read better.
I propose that Death's horses go with the Mare of Death when they die.
I further propose that Pinkie Pie is one of those horses.

Got the workings of a Great fic here, you just need to work a bit more on the grammar. Your portrayal of Death also needs some polishing but is forgivable due to the nature of the character.
Death can see 'Immortals' he even has Hourglasses for them but they're very strange looking and hard to tell haw much time they have left as they often loop back on them selves. The Gods and supernatural beings (such as the Hogfather [The DIscworld's Santa Claus]) of the Discworld all have hourglasses, even the four remaining Elephants and Atuin have them. As far as I know the only things that don't are inanimate objects, undead (Because they already died.) and golems.
Oh dear.
Death's sword only effects those of royal blood or gods, which in this case, means the Princesses could be in major trouble.
