individual to locating such deviations.

One thing stuck out at me: "I guess you'll just have to live here" Wouldn't Twilight be eager to contact Celestia?
By Twilight suddenly jumping to conclusions like that (how many books did she check anyway) the story feels like it is being forced in a certain direction. Part of me thinks she would also be trilled to meet an "alien," and would most likely be bombarding him with questions.

But seriously, being a huge fan of Hitman series I am really looking forward to further parts of the story.

Eh, feels a little mellow for Agent 47. Knocking out Applejack and planning to torture her for info would be more like him. Then in usual pony innocent-saving fashion Big Mac rescuse her. Mabye they run back to Twilight to get Celestia, who tries to capture 47 in the Everfree forest. 47 rescues princess and company from a Manticore or something, getting forgiven for the misunderstanding in the process. Then you go through him adjusting to a peace-loving vegetarian culture made up of mostly females... aka Hippies.
