Rainbow Drab
Like its prequel Pinkie Pi, this story takes place in an alternate universe where Fluttershy (AKA Fluttersky) has Rainbow Dash's personality while Rainbow Dash (AKA Rainbow Drab) has hers.
I actually forgot how the episode was supposed to go, so please don't hate me for some mistakes. However, this story is presented as-is (that means I had no editing!) and I will be making no changes whatsoever after it is published.
I know this story wasn't very exciting, but after reading the prequel by Blu_Ray I decided to give it a shot. 
Fluttersky's long pink mane blazed through the warm afternoon sky like a comet as she raced through the air above Ponyville. She had just left Pinkie Pi's house, and was coming back with some exciting news to tell the rest of her friends. Or friend I should say, since Rainbow Drab was the only one left to tell.
I've already been to Twilight Sparkler's, Apple Jewel's, Rakity's, and I just left Pinkie's. Now to tell my official cheerleader!, she thought as she made a quick landing by her blue furred, rainbow-haired pegasus friend.
Dust flew everywhere as Fluttersky's hooves buried themselves in the ground from such a fast, hard landing. Rainbow Drab, a little frightened about her friend's sudden landing, was curled up into a little ball. Her head poked out a few minutes later, and realizing it was her friend, she quickly stood up normally.
"Uh... Fluttersky? Could you please... uh... do that a teeny-tiny bit more quiet next time? I mean like, if you want to..." Rainbow Drab's quiet, shy voice trailed off into mumbling.
"I have no idea what you just said! But hey, guess what?" Fluttersky said loudly, her wings flapping quickly as she hovered in front of the rainbow maned pegasus.
"Uh, wh-"
"I got into the Cloudsdale Talent Show! Woo-Hoo! Yeeeees! And you know what? I want to nominate you as my official cheerleader for when I do my final performance!" Fluttersky danced around in the air, doing some flying tricks as she celebrated.
"Me?! B-b-but, Fluttersky, you don't want m-m-me, do you?! Listen, I'm proud of you and all, but I can't be your cheerleader. Remember flight school? Remember my stage fright? Please don't make me a cheerleader." Rainbow Drab pleaded.
"WHAT?! Rainbow Drab, you can't back out! I really do need you, okay? All you're going to do is that when I fly up there, and when I start to do my super spectacular totally awesome one - of - a - kind skilled moves up there, you just gotta stand up and say 'Yay!' or something." Fluttersky said, calming her tone of voice so that her friend would feel more comforted.
"Fluttersky, I don't feel comfortable doing-" Drab began.
"Well, wait a minute! Who said you were doing it alone?" Fluttersky said.
"Is Rakity going? What about Apple Jewel? How about Twilight Sparkler, or Pinkie Pi, or even-" Rainbow's face lit up with hope.
"I meant, like, you can have your new friend Bob up there." Fluttersky said,her facial expression looking bored.
"Bob? But I don't kn-" Drab protested.
"Bob! He's your new imaginary coltfriend!" Fluttersky said in the sky, now hovering above Rainbow Drab.
Rainbow sat down. Her head hung low, and her eyes closed. Slowly exhaling, she whispered, "Fine. I'll do it. If only I have a real pony to cheer lead with me."
Fluttersky wanted to facehoof herself, but she knew she'd have to save that for later. After being friends with five particular ponies, she had learned her way to survive them.
"What I mean is that, like, oh I don't know... Twilight Sparkler or somepony do some sort of spell to let others walk on clouds? Then I wouldn't be alone." Rainbow suggested.
Yep. Now it was time for Fluttersky to facehoof herself.
"W-w-what? What d-did I say?" Rainbow asked, her fumbled voice quiet and humble.
"Rainbow, look, we can't do that. Do you know how crazy that purple pony is?! She can't do a lot of magic! Now, if Pinkie Pi had a horn, sure. But not that sugar-hyped pony!" Fluttersky explained.
"Oh..." Rainbow sighed as she gave in. She wasn't one to argue with her friends.
"Okie - dokie! Now let's go. I want to show them what I've got!" Fluttersky said, her wings rocketing her into the sky.
Rainbow Drab whimpered, but slowly followed seeing she couldn't back out now. While trying to make herself feel better about having stage fright, she came across a weird thought. What if in another dimension in an alternate universe Fluttersky and I traded personalities, and if was the one preforming and she was my cheerleader? That would be very weird...
In an alternate universe somewhere...
Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy's hooves hit the soft ground on the white, fluffy cloud.
"Rare- Rarity?" Fluttershy mumbled, gasping.
Confused, Rainbow Dash turned her head. Her other three friends, excluding Rarity, were in a hot air balloon.
Pinkie Pie was the first one to get out.
"No Pinkie! Don't ju- why aren't you falling?" Rainbow was extremely confused as to why the earth pony could stand on the cloud. Only pegasi could do that.
"I used a spell so that we could stay on the clouds! And Rarity, well, I gave her these wings." Twilight Sparkle explained.
Suddenly Rainbow Dash noticed her stylish white unicorn friend hovering above her in the sky with huge butterfly wings making different faded colors on the ground.
"And we're you're cheer'in squad!" Applejack added.
"Yay." Fluttershy mumbled, although her face showed she was very happy, and not to mention relieved.
Little did everypony know, Rainbow Dash was a little bit nervous. To make herself seem more brave she began to think about how great she was. (Good self-esteem is very important while preforming in front of others!) Suddenly, a very strange thought came across her mind. What if in another dimension in an alternate universe Fluttershy and I traded personalities, and if was the one cheer leading and she was the performer? That would be very weird...

Feel like I gotta say it, but with this execution, I just don't see much point in this.
It really doesn't feel like you did anything that you couldn't have done in the exact same way with both ponies in their regular personalities.
How about using the swapped personalities, but having them still keep their lives and interests and putting them in situations where things would go different than usual with these personalities? I think it would have be more interesting if Rainbow Drab was still a racer, and Fluttersky an animal care-taker. We could like, see how their altered personalities change the things we know they normally do.
I'm not giving this a downvote or anything, it was still miles away from being badly written. But I just think you didn't go too far at all with the concept of swapped personalities. You just swapped so much you ended up with the same ponies as the originals, but with a different name.
Your friend, Blu Ray told me about this sequel to his story, so I had to check this out.
So, there isn't really much for me to say about this story. Like this story and its prequel, the concept is interesting and both stories were cute.

Oh man. Reading this story reminded me of Rainbow Dash's cheering lesson with Fluttershy in S01 E16. I can imagine it now: Fluttersky telling Rainbow Drab to cheer louder, except Rainbow says "yay" very quietly
while Fluttersky yells "LOUDER!" at her friend. 
Glad I checked this story out after reading "Pinkie Pi" a while ago.

Another funny personality swap story! I find the idea of a Rainbow Dash hilarious- though, I do think it would be funnier if dash had the personality I remember her having ("Rainbows, Darling, Rainbows!")
Anyway, hope to see more personality-swap stories like this- you go girl!
