I'm not saying that it can't be done, if they wanted to go for the exhibitionism/public sex thrill. It just would take various things like renting the place and paying for cleaning services if they didn't want to clean up after themselves. And finding stallions and mares who are into voyeurism to attend during their kinky sex session.
