People do really unpredictable things with a rolling disco ball behind them. 
This has great potential behind it. But, honestly, you really should find an editor. Grammatical errors and sudden jumps in the story can distract from the overall quality.
Intresting, first fic I know to have an EMT crew in Equestria. For what should happen next, well it's obvious isn't it, these two seem to be the only ones around who can help. That pony's not going to last much longer without surgery. Yeah they're only trained in first aid medicence, but under the circumstances they'll just have to learn what to do as they go.

alright guys ive narrowed it down here are the three choices that i have that i will put in chapter 2 but keep in mind you can only choose one popular vote will decide what will go
A. twilight shows up in chapter 2 and meets the emt's and so on
B. bon bon panics and goes looking for lyra and bumps into the ambulance
c. princess luna comes by wondering whats going on

To be honest, I haven't really seen anything of this nature, but it would be nice to see more, i vote for idea B, though seeing A and b mixed in wouldn't hurt....considering I haven't seen at any point that they turned OFF the lights and siren once crossing over.

8179557 to true and to be honest I was really naive when I was co writing this and it would have went over as well as a turd in a punch bowl.... I also find it better to tell stories by making videos out of them but there lies a problem I am not the most talented artist so I have to rely on other people for the content and its kinda nerve wracking when you have a story you want to share but cant due to the lack of content you have but still want to share it....
