A changeling can't be normal no matter how much it would like to be. It can, however, be useful. Celestia has a particular need for a changeling in her regime, and Normal is forcefully put into commission. The changeling isn't happy, but then again, neither is the Royal Guard it was assigned to. Shining Armor loathes changelings, and can't believe it when he's sent on a mission with one as his partner.
Especially when it's a mission to the most dangerous part of the known world to stop the Armageddon machine.

I have two issues with this story.
1) why isn't there more chapters
2) why isn't there more likes/views
I may have read this story a month or so back, but it's my fault for forgetting to comment here, on a story with a Changeling no less, my icon feels ashamed of me.
On to the important stuff now, this setup seems lovely, and 4,000+ word chapters are my favorites honestly, proving that if you can keep me reading it non stop, that you have a really addicting tale that is yet to be told to come. I especially like the name "Normal" for the changeling, and I feel that you did justice to Shining Armor's character, even if he was harsh supposedly at the start, I don't see why not, after all, a changeling tried to brainwash him, and entrap his wife.
Now for my question (only one this time)
Are the clothes that Shining Armor are wearing specifically for this story, or was that just part of the art, the same question also doubles for Normal's spines as well, is that for the art, or the story as well?
I hope to see the day when this comes off Hiatus, no rush of course, you should never rush such a lovely work as yours.
