Vinyl wakes up after a party with a major head ache, on the couch, and alone. After taking a quick shower, believing her wife out for the moment, Vinyl gets a visit from the guard as well as condolences.
It has been a week since that day. Vinyl has moved all her stuff and whatever stuff she kept of her wife's into the home they were going to move in later. She now moves one more thing to her new home in Ponyville. One more thing for closure.

ive seen several stories involving vinyl and rainbow. it was quite interesting to see this, rather than taviscratch ships. I hope things work out for them. in this story, vinyl seems very vulnerable, compared to so many fics portraying her as the strong invincible one. I thought she would be the one to wear a tux at their wedding. and to be estranged by your family is one of the worst feelings to be exposed to. it leaves you all alone in the world. it seems they both saved each others lives at some point. I know vinyl can find the strength to move on, especially with dash by her side.
