A few weeks after his trip up to Canterlot to take the elder Alicorn on a surprisingly successful date, Anon's life has returned to normal. Aside from a last-minute booking for a massage at his job, today is looking like it'll be rather average. However, Celestia has other plans.

I hadn't planned on a sequel to breakfast, but when I saw how much people liked it, I figured I should give a sequel a shot. So what else would make sense but for Celestia to pay Anon a visit in ponyville and have some shenanigans ensue.

Sonata wanted to prove to the other Dazzlings that she too was responsible and grown up. That she was not just the ditzy third singer in their (former) band. So when she overhears a conversation between Adagio and Aria, she makes a decision to show them up and let them truly see the grown up inside her.

Every so often, once a century or so, Celestia gets a certain itch. With great care, she shrewdly plots a way to slake her wanton thirst for horse shenanigans and tomfoolery. As fate would have it, on this fine occasion, she's chosen to commit larceny, while disguised as the one, the only, Applejack...

That's why she goes to see Applejack, who gives her some good old sound Apple family advice.
That's why she tells Fluttershy anyway.
That's why she tries to take Fluttershy on the perfect date, with some help and advice from her best friends.
That's why she realizes that you don't always have to tell your partner 'I love you' - you just need to show it, by doing your best to make them happy.
And if any of that happens to involve a long-awaited kiss, then that's a definite bonus.
