The Mane Six and Spike meet a younger Oscar Diggs who would become known as Oz. They, along with Ember, Trixie, and Raven Queen, accompany him back to the land of Oz which is currently being terrorized by the Wicked Witch. It is up to them all to save this magical land and make Oz into the great and powerful Wizard they all have come to know.

Along the way they meet characters such as Theodora, Evanora, Finley the Monkey, and the little China Girl. Can this rag tag band of misfits come together to save Oz, or will wicked win this battle?

Tempest Shadow might be reformed, but life has been far from kind to her. The legacy of her actions as the Storm King's second-in-command continues to haunt her as she struggles to try and build a new life in a land she had long ago forsaken. Mistrusted by many, and feeling that her life is going nowhere, Tempest struggles to learn the magic of friendship. Feeling defeated, she is approached by Princess Luna, and pointed towards a rather obscure little tailors shop in Canterlot, run by a pony named Elusive; a pony also trying to forget the demons of his past, Tempest hopes to find a way to reinvent herself, but in doing so, she will discover that she isn't the only one with a chequered past, and find that maybe some secrets are best kept hidden, and that some truths aren't meant to be known.

Fortunately, a savior comes in the most unexpected and unlikely of places. Tempest Shadow, no stranger to combat herself, shows up and offers to oppose Starlight for the sake of the demonstration. Who will prevail in this clash between powerful unicorns?

Princess Luna had been locked away, sealed in the moon for the last thousand years. She has tried twice to cover the world in eternal darkness. Luna does not feel that she has received a punishment befitting of her actions, so under the guise of the Mysterious Mare-Do-Well she protects the citizens of Canterlot from harm as repentance for her evil deeds.

You are a God. Or, a Godling, rather. Young and new to the world, you watch as the creatures cry out for help and salvation from the merciless cold of the Windego. Who will you pick, who will you become? A benevolent divinity, a cruel tyrant, or one of the many lost to the passage of history?

A silent grouchy pony is found by Princess Cadance and Shining Armor in the snow outside the Crystal Empire. He refuses to reveal his identity and doesn't say why he climbed the small mountain he was found on top of, but deep in his mind the pony has a very unwanted guest who has his own designs for both the Crystal Empire and the Royal Couple.

The prince and the princess know they must stop their enemy, but it might come at a terrible cost. The possessed pony's life.
