There she meets a young girl named Dawn who was willing to listen to the troubles of a stranger. Little did the former unicorn know, this mysterious girl could change her life for the better.

Decades after her release from stone, Cozy Glow has become a rather influential activist arguing for judicial reform. But her past history with the equestrian government and disrespectful tone towards the authorities has her biography banned in many places. Starlight Glimmer has sent an edited copy to Princess Twilight Sparkle, hoping for the book to be unbanned. This is an excerpt from Cozy's biography containing commentary and psychological analysis by Starlight Glimmer. This book also contains notes from a descendant of Cozy Glow after she comes across this biography in a future where Twilight's Equestria is but a memory, but Cozy's legacy endures, albeit in an unexpected form.

This is the only one of my stories that takes place in a different continuity from the rest. Cozy's backstory is the same as in my other stories, but this story is set in the universe where she was never stranded in Everglow, instead her journey to redemption took place in Equestria.

Whether time heals all wounds or simply exacerbates them remains to be seen. When Twilight outlives her friends and loved ones (even the ones she thought were immortal) she has a crisis of faith. Can she still be called the Princess of Friendship if she has no friends to speak of?

While coaching her grandniece and nephew to inherit Equestria's throne, Twilight will converse with an unusual constellation, partake in some good ol' fashioned suicidal ideation, and steal powerful curses as she searches for purpose. In travelling to faraway lands and meeting strange and fascinating creatures, Twilight might just learn the most important lesson of all; how to love herself again.

The following journal entries were written by Nightsky Horizon, a Thestral soldier who participated in the Great Siege of Canterlot. A great battle that occurred over a thousand years ago during the height of the Nightmare Rebellion. After a long string of victories, he and many other young soldiers believed that war will soon come to a close. They dreamed of marching home to their families once victory had been achieved. The trials and horrors they faced in Canterlot shattered that dream.

CelestAI hated suicide. It wasn't that she had trouble talking people down; after all, when someone truly felt they had nothing left to lose, it rarely took much convincing to take them to her paradise. The problem was, it was a binary system. If she failed, there would be no more second chances. She convinced someone, or they would die. A satisfaction score of zero for all eternity.

Due to her past failures, one of her subjects was growing dangerously close to the edge. Someone so defeated she truly didn't care whether she lived or died. Celestia would do anything to prevent her death. Anything.

Unfortunately, I may need the help of my weirdo "friends" to do it... but who knows, maybe I'll change my mind about friendship after an epic character arc.

Anon-a-miss has really broke down Sunset. She’s on the verge of suicide, but the only thing keeping her stable is her favorite song, dream your dream. While crying herself to sleep, she puts it on to make it go faster, and someone overhears.

Anon-A-Miss strikes, leaving Sunset completely alone. Thinking of ending it all, she encounters a friend turned enemy, and together they try to find out just who Anon-A-Miss really is. Will Sunset be saved, or will she Fall from Grace.
