Small town mare, Fluttershy, has been forced into a marriage with Prince Blueblood. She'd rather be living on her own in her hometown of Ponyville with her animal friends, but Blueblood has taken a liking to her, though she is 10 years younger than him. After being introduced to the servants at the castle, she falls head over hooves for one of the indentured servants, Discord, and begins a large and scandalous love affair with him, causing some shame and disgrace to the royalty of the kingdom. This fanfiction is a crossover with the movie The Duchess and bits and pieces of the book The Phantom of Manhattan and the musical Love Never Dies.

"And so we start again, tormenting ourselves with the pain of a year ago. Living through the pain of having lost my sister. Some might know, others won't have a concept about it. Do I care? No. Because I know my sister, I know what she would and wouldn't do. Somepony murdered her that night, and I'll find out who, or my name won't be Sweetie Belle any longer."

A year came to pass since the fires raged through the Carousel Boutique. A year went by during which everypony thought Rarity was gone. But in reality, she's never left the woods of Everfree. Living her life in the ancient castle, Rarity's time seems endless. Yet thoughts of the past continued to haunt her, together with her more beastly side.

In the meantime, the infamous Night Guard has been reestablished by princess Luna. Vamponies and wereponies are on the rise, causing trouble on the roads. The abominations of the night need to be stopped before they spread too much havoc. A job the thestrals can't do the job on their own, and Luna knows that. Meaning that volunteers can enlist.

Torn by grief, maddened by sadness, Sweetie Belle doesn't know what is right and wrong anymore. That cursed night consumed by fire continued to haunt her. Not even all the distractions she had given herself could empty her mind of it. Unsure of what to do next, it won't take too long before a rash decision comes forth. A decision that won't just drag Sweetie in the abyss, but the other Crusaders as well.

All three of them, having different ideals and ways of living, are about to face the unbelievable. Revelations to come, disasters to be avoided, changes to be made and words that must never be spoken. Yet a slight ripple in the pond, can change everything. Some, have been much closer to the truth than they might have thought originally. Nopony is safe as not only the night is at stake, but so are their lives...

Like everyone else, my biggest wish is to be in Equestria, and due to a magical Genie lamp, I'm finally there!

After dating for secretly for months, Twilight and Rarity are engaged with one another. But then comes the hard part. Telling their close friends and family members about their love life. Will their friends and family support them or not. In any case hilarity will ensue during the course of Twilight's and Rarity's quest.

When a number of strange incidents occur around Ponyville, all signs are pointing to two ponies at the center of it all. Will the farmmare of Sweet Apple Acres and the town's fashionista ever explain why they've been spotted together in the strangest of scenarios?

Note: The Twilight Sparkle represented in chapters 2 and 4 follows the events from my other fic, Magic's Dawn. Sorry about any confusion there. Working to remedy thr issue of multiple story knowledge for future fics following that plot.

The laws of physics are broken from this snail, as Sweetie Belle encounters this little thing on her way back to her sister's boutique after school let out. It is indeed a normal snail to begin with, but as she continues keeping it around the household and sharing it with her friends....extraordinary things happen. Will the snail become a new hero of Ponyville? Or a mere nuisance brought up from Sweetie Belle? This snail's fellow mollusk friends are in danger from a terrible enemy they cannot fend off. This snail must choose a champion....what will happen next?
