Twilight will be delivering the opening speech at the Book Faire in Canterlot; when Rarity hears about it, she promises to make a simply dazzling dress for her princess friend.

The time is short, but Rarity has no other orders competing for her attention and is in the zone. What could possibly go wrong?

The CMC go in search of the Spirit of the Desert after hearing about it from a visiting pony. Apple Bloom gets seperated from the others and is in serious trouble until she is rescued by the spirit itself.

While searching through the Everfree Forest for flowers, Cheerilee comes across a strange young colt. Foul mouthed, vicious and angry, the child is like nothing she'd ever seen. More importantly, he claims that ponies are like nothing he's ever seen. Could this little colt truly be something called a 'drow'?

At the same time, Rarity is preparing to welcome her cousin, a young filly named Silverbelle, to her home. However, the preparations are interrupted by a small colt calling her 'mommy' and of obvious draconic heritage. With three new foals arriving on the same day, could it all be coincidence, or is something far darker on the horizon?

Applebloom learns a new word from Granny Smith. All is well until Sweetie Belle learns it is a slur against Unicorns. Sweetie Belle calls Applebloom a slur of her own. Violence ensues. Can the Cutiemark Crusaders' friendship survive the cruelty of hate speech?

Dawn Skipper is an ancient Unicorn Holiday. Rarity casually suggests the Cutie Mark Crusaders and all her friends take part in the holiday together. All but Applejack are happy to participate. Applejack believes the holiday encourages Unicorn elitism, and she is offended Rarity even suggest she take part. Rarity takes Applejack to the Castle of The Two Sisters to see an ancient relic. Will Applejack accept Rarity's version of history, or will her stubborn pride get the better of her?

Rarity had high hopes for today when she went to ask out the stallion of her dreams, but when things turn sour, she needs something to help her forget her troubles. Applejack suggests a camping trip, and Rainbow Dash, the crusaders, and, most importantly, Rarity take to the idea.

Dash thinks she has the solution to Rarity's problems and sneaks a fair bit of alcohol to the camping site. Rarity, eager to forget about the day, takes her first sip...

Things only go downhill from there.

Grimlock, the leader of the Dinobots was almost certainly not the kind of Transformer you'd consider a father kind of bot. Yet, somehow he's become exactly that for a certain trio of fillies. Primus only knows what the rest of the Ark thinks of all this. Pyro certainly finds it funny. Prowl just can't believe it while Babs thinks it's awesome to have her cousin have a T-Rex for a father and Ms Cheerilee is very, very concerned.

Also starring: Prowl, Pyro, Wheeljack and the Dinobots along with, Spitfire, Applejack, Rainbow and Starscream, along with Starlight Glimmer and Rampage.

Takes place in the same universe as "Knock-Out's Annoyance, Blueblood's Bad Day" and "Outflown". Reading them is not required. Hasbro owns Transformers. ...Yeah, it's official. My mind is... odd to say the least. I regret nothing.

Meanwhile, Rarity and the Pony Tones are growing in fame. At one of their more recent performances, a famed music critic praises their work, inviting them to the 5th annual Equestrian Barbershop Singers Competition.

The Pony Tones have already shocked the town once with the "Filli Vanilli" fiasco. It's time for them to take it to the Equestrian level.

Sweetie Belle, noticing that her sister is unwell, gathers her friends and hatches a plan to help rarity feel better.

The plan? Make her some breakfast!

When Scootaloo happens upon a magazine that covers extreme sports and their happenings throughout Equestria, she discovers an advertisement inside for the Equine Xtreme Games and a blank entry form. With the help of her fellow Cutie Mark Crusaders and even a few of the Mane 6, she trains for and enters the Scooter Youth competition. But when she gets there, will it be all she hoped for or too much to handle?
